Great experience! I was seated right away after checking in. Everyone from the front desk to the assistant to the hygienist were super friendly and explained things well. Dr Heck was also thorough in going over what he saw on the x-ray and exam, answering questions I had, and making me comfortable. So glad I found an excellent dentist, will recommend to everyone!!

Highly recommend! I became a new patient and had my first visit yesterday. Everyone was wonderful. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past and I felt extremely taken care of yesterday. The staff, hygienist and Dr. Heck were great communicators, friendly and very professional. I’m happy to have found somewhere that I’m not nervous to return to.

I feel completely taken care of every time I come in. Every team member is always so nice. Dixee does the most thorough cleaning. Dr Heck is THE best. I don’t say that lightly. Always goes above and beyond for any of my needs. 10/10 recommend :)

I had (past tense) extreme dental anxiety and found myself in need of a root canal. A friend recommended Dr. Heck and his team at Smile Creations. Oh thank the Tooth Fairies for these amazing people. He made the root canal process as smooth as possible. They understood my anxieties and made me feel comforted and informed. Since then regular cleanings and replacements of fillings have gone amazingly. We all agree that Dental appointments suck, but Smile Creations does a great job making them suck a lot less.

Been coming to this dentist and location for years. I've had numerous cleanings, and a few fillings/crowns replaced. Their work (including the Dr. Heck and all staff I've interacted with) is excellent, and they answer any questions I've thrown at them. Multiple members of our family receive care here and I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

I saw Dr. Matthew Heck on a bit of an emergency tooth repair basis as my previous dentist’s filling fell out. I get anxious at dentist’s offices and I could not have had a better experience. The staff was all very nice. Theresa was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Heck was reassuring and talked me through his plan for the repair. He worked quickly, efficiently, and the entire procedure was done in under an hour. Definitely returning to Smile Creations for my future dental visits.

I have gone to Smile Creations since 1997 and have never been disappointed. They are like family. I actually love going b/c Dixie is a riot. I had to have two implants and even that was as easy as they could make it!

The Hecks and their team are great. My wife and I have been going for 6 years and would highly recommend. They take a very practical and reasonable approach to your dental care - always considering the cost vs benefit and your lifestyle/needs.

As always, it’s a pleasure to work with the team at Smile Creations. I always have a great experience with the team there. Kasey did my cleaning this time around and appreciate her level of detail specially with my Invisalign treatment with the Ortho team they recommended me with.

Love my dental hygienist. The doctor was very thorough, and I felt like I was receiving great care.

I’m a little bit of a dental-phobe. Or a lot. At Smile Creations they make me feel so comfortable. Headphones or a warm blanket if I need it. I’ve had dentists I loved, combined with hygienists that made me so anxious I cried. Here, the dentists are great, AND the hygienists are great, and everyone else too! On my last visit, I actually laughed through most of my cleaning with Dixie. No anxiety, no tears, just happy clean teeth. Bravo to the curation of the perfect team. And really good lip balm too!

All of the folx at Smile Creation are so friendly, helpful, and thorough with their dental care. The ambiance of the whole place is geared to having a calm, nurturing, and reassuring experience. The waiting room and service rooms all say, "relax, it's gonna be OK."

It’s always a pleasure going to the Dr’s Heck office. Both Dr Matt and Dr Annalisa are personable and professional. Kasey is just a wonderful hygienist as I’m sure all the staff is. I say “pleasure” because I don’t care what’s going on with my teeth; I’m coming away feeling great and looking good.

Incredible gourgous office , spotless. I literally felt like I was at a spa. As if that wasn’t enough everyone was above and beyond loving , attentive and extremely thorough. The doctor was so lovely I literally felt like I was a cherished family member or life long patient. I literally didn’t want to leave. I have never felt so excited to go back to the dentist to get work done. Best experience ever extremely professional top of the art equipment as well. LOVE 💗🙏🏽💗
