Went back today for more chicken and the mashed potatoes and gravy too.

Mari V she is the best customer service cashier lady I have ever greeted very professional always smiling and very helpful about the sales and anything that was save me money.

The produce is always beautifully arranged with a wide selection and the employees are friendly.

I’m glad this Randall’s is here. The store is clean and organized. People working there are helpful. If you forget your own bags, they’ve got some and the people who bag your groceries know how it’s done - they bag cold items together. All of this makes shopping there very relaxing. And the other customers who shop there look like normal people rather than miscreants. Checking out at this location is easy.

I’m also happy to support Randall’s because I’m NOT supporting a nearby grocery store with several locations in Austin, whose corporate strategy is to beat out the competition and dominate. Everywhere that chain has come close to beating out competition, in my experience, their stores become sub-par and everything they do shows that they couldn’t value their customers less. I don’t want that particular chain to monopolize the Austin area more than they already have.

So this Randall’s has another loyal customer.

What I love about the store it’s not overwhelming like HEB when they put their coupons ender sale. It’s amazing. Love it.

I've always liked randalls grocery store. I used to work there when I was young and they always kept their store cleaner than the other stores. It always brings me back in time whenever I walked into Randall's cuz it reminds me when I was younger. I am glad you're still around they always have awesome customer service.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store that typically has a nice selection of items, including meats and produce. The store is always clean and organized and not too crowded. Staff has been helpful and friendly and they work hard to make this a great store.

Rendalls still has great bagels!

Great Supermarket for all your grocery needs. It's not too crowded and if you sign up for their virtual discounts coupons you can save on you grocery bill. Great savings in discounted meat. Staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful.

The store is really clean with a lot to offer. Although the bakery is small, the quality is exceptional. Also, the people are so friendly. I had a nice conversation with a cashier who told me how to enroll in the Randalls points club. The points club is pretty cool and I will definitely be back!

This Randall's is great for a quick in and out trip but has a nice bakery, deli, and meat department also. The store has a great selection of products overall, and always seems clean too. So if you want to pay for a little extra peace and quiet while shopping and still have a good selection to pick from, shop here.

Enjoy this Randall. Easy to find what I need. Produce is great! Love the Randall's chips & queso in produce. Fresh bread. Beer & wine supply. Really like their Signature products. So many things I like better than other grocery stores. Staff is great in helping & acknowledging.

One of the few Randall's I have shopped at that has a self checkout. Then they had the girl scouts outside selling cookies. Totally Awesome

This place is great. No one seems to remember that Randall's exists, so you can shop like you own the place. People say it's more expensive than HEB, and maybe that's true for certain select items. But I've found many items cheaper here than at HEB.

That's the problem with assuming that one place always has the better price. They'll slowly increase it on you betting that you won't continue to compare prices. Speaking of which, I'm reminded of a certain membership warehouse store that might do something similar except they leverage minimum quantity policies to strong arm you into buying more than you can use. Same basic idea though.

So stay vigilant and shop around. It would be a bad thing if we let Randall's go and then we're left with only one grocery store chain in town (I guess there's also Wal Mart. Is that really what you want? I didn't think so.) Or you could always shop at Whole Paycheck like this is the pre-pandemic years, except you can't afford that anymore. So go to Randall's!

They have electric carts for handicapped.
Everyone was very nice. They have 5 kinds of grilling wood.
I got Buttermilk pie and Jalapeno cheese artisan bread from the Bakery.
The Pharmacy had both masks and Covid tests-- I was very impressed!

I'm the usual competitor shopper, however this day I decided to stop in because it was quick and closer to home after work. Produce looked fresh and well maintained, the bags of salad though were awful. Many were wilting. Shopping for a few other things I noticed new items from some brands I usually shop for. I was surprised to see many different options the brand had to offer! You might spend a little more here, but I think there are different items to choose from that other grocery stores don't offer. I kinda liked that 👍🏻

Update: Sally at the bakery is great! She looked for Ninja Turtle cake toppers at other locations for my son's birthday. Thank you Sally!

Gabriel in the deli was amazing! I needed a catering order on short notice to feed the girls Crockett Varsity soccer team and he didn't hesitate to help! Within a couple hours, I had 2 beautiful trays ready to go! The girls loved the food and we will definitely be ordering again for future games! (And they won their game 7-0!!) In a time where companies are short-staffed and spread thin, it is a breath of fresh air to have such amazing customer service. It did not go unnoticed! Thank you!!

1st time at Randall's in a long time. We don't have in New Braunfels, we have been HEB shoppers until the recent comments from the owner we were looking for a new grocery store.

The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The online cart is very user friendly, the drive (1.25 hours) to Austin was a breeze, the groceries were packed well and we can't wait to back.

Awesome experience.
