Courtyard by Marriott Beckley

We weren't here long because this was an overnight stay for us while on a long distance road trip. We got in late and left early, only staying one night in order to get some much needed rest. We were happy with our accommodations for this purpose with no complaints at all. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and we were all able to sleep comfortably.

Wonderful experience here. Very kind staff at the front desk as well as the gentleman who operates the bar/bistro area. The food and drinks were delicious there. The hotel is in a great location right off the interstate in walking distance to a Chick-fil-A and Outback Steakhouse. Beautiful view from the hotel parking lot.

Rooms are really cool beans but is slightly cramped. Asked for towel but didn't get one until 16 hours later but when I got Dippin dots the guy checking me out was really nice. It's pretty close to disney and Florida is warm.

We were visiting family here in WV and this hotel was very convenient as far as location. There is a Chickfila, McDonalds and Outback within walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The fitness room had everything we needed and we used it daily.we did not eat at the hotel so I cannot speak to that but it was a cozy place to come “home” to while visiting the area in the winter! We would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Lots of food choices around. Some traffic noise. Most hotels I stay at have free coffee around the clock, thus one didn't. One great feature was the size of the TV. Also had a comfy sofa as well as a desk with a pull out table.

Where to start..... we booked MANY rooms months ago for our son's wedding. We also booked their meeting room for the rehearsal dinner. We even made up gift bags for those who booked a room, and the front desk graciously handed them out. They let us do whatever was needed to make this weekend perfect, and it was. We had Dan and Angel, and I'm sure, many more at the front desk making sure EVERYONE was happy. We could NOT have been any happier with the results.

Clean & fresh. Friendly staff. Bathroom sink is small, but other than that, I was very pleased.

Courtyard was a lifesaver. We booked a room with another hotel to get there and find our room was not clean and they were sold out and not willing/able to clean the room they were going to give us. In comes Courtyard with an available room and a wonderful front desk clerk. The room was great. This brand is definitely on my list if we need to book again in Beckley or anywhere else.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard in Beckley during our visit to New River Gorge NP. The rooms are clean and the hotel appears to be well maintained plus the staff are friendly and professional. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant and they provided a number of gluten free options. Would definitely stay here again during our next visit to the area!

Stopped at the 1/2 way point of a long road trip. Very busy hotel but the room was still quiet. Nice fire pit out back.

It was unbelievably clean and so nice. The room was immaculate! Special shout out for the staff for calling me to let me know I had left my pill sorter in the room. They called as soon as they found it!

Will definitely stop back!

Stayed here in August. I would have given the room 5 stars, but, as I was going to relax on the small balcony, I noticed a dirty washcloth still on one of the chairs. Easy area to overlook, I'm sure. Service was very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient to Interstate and to restaurants. Loved the pillows. I will stay here again if I'm in the area. Very nice hotel with modern furnishings, a gym, an indoor pool and Café. My room was much more than I expected, with the desk small sofa and ottoman. It's perfect for travelers as it is right in the middle of so many food options, stores, and gas stations.

Great experience! Friendly front desk staff, very clean room. Netflix in the rooms if you have an account, which worked great for us, especially our kids! We didn't use the dining area downstairs nor the indoor pool, but both looked very clean and nice! We had to switch rooms when we first got there, clearly a smoking room, but it was handled efficiently and apologetically. We would definitely stay here again!

We have been in the process of moving from Virginia to Kentucky and this is our halfway stopping point! We have stayed here multiple nights over the past month.

Nice and clean rooms and a quiet, slightly upscale atmosphere. The Bistro offers a limited but tasty selection for breakfast.

Staff is always kind, courteous and pleasurable. Leigh Ann is super friendly and always helpful.

I would definitely recommend this location for any length of stay!

Very up to date and modern, very clean, friendly staff. Has a pool and outdoor area with fireplace that were very nice! A central TV space and very nice bar and bistro! Would highly recommend. Also love small details like provided salon quality shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

The room was comfortable and clean- there have been some recent upgrades- hopefully they will continue to address some of the older bathroom fixtures

So clean! The rooms had a lot of space! We fit a pack n play in each room, plus a double stroller. Food venues within walking distance. Definitely stay here again!

Marquita was very kind, professional, and respectful. The hotel has a decent gym and inside pool.

I've stayed 3 times at this location, and the staff are among the most friendly you will find at a hotel. Also, the cleaning staff do a fantastic job. I dont think I've stayed at a hotel with cleaner rooms anywhere. Within walking distance from the hotel there is an Outback, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Sonic, a Japanese and Mexican place.
