Bob at Qual Tech was fantastic. The place was bustling when I got there. I mentioned to him that I had a crucial DPS appointment I couldn't afford to miss today. He was incredibly understanding and managed to get me on my way in under 20 minutes. It was a pressing matter, and Bob ensured I made it to my appointment promptly. Exceptional service!

I'm a real person, not a robot. I was recommended to this shop by a good friend of mine. Hunter Nelson was my technician who performed my oil change and he did a phenomenal job.
Labor price was significantly lower than I expected and service was instant for my case since I arrived when they opened. Future oil change customers, it's a good idea to hit up O'Reilly's to get ya'lls proper supplies for the technicians to make it easier for them, that's what I did.

I had a pretty bad experience with another local shop that "fixed" the same problem 3x! Ryan at Qualtech was efficient and transparent. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why. No "I think" or "maybe". The repairs were made in a single day and the car is running better than it has since it was first purchased.

I am an old shade tree mechanic, who sadly can’t afford the tools or the tech to continue to do that. That being said, I love this place. I will be taking all of my vehicles here from now on. They are honest, they kept me updated, they did not overcharge me, they charge a fair rate for labor, and everyone I talked to was knowledgeable courteous, and professional.

I do think it’s important to note after reading several reviews about them trying to upsell. A recommendation is just that. I would rather have a mechanic point out to me things that might need replacing soon(which they did) then just do the bare minimum, and I’m now left hanging, broke down on the side of the road. So thank you fellas you did your job, and did it well.… That’s a hard thing to find in your industry now.

Hands down best mechanics in the area! Day in and day out, second to none in price, quality and workmanship. Have used both Qualtech s in the area — located on FM 620 in Austin and off Hwy 183 in Leander. They will simply treat you right.

Great customer service. Did not overcharge and found out the problem which was nothing what Goodyear had told me. I simply needed an oil change. Goodyear said I needed a $419 repair that I did not need. I will continue to use Qualtech for my mechanic needs.

Was having an issue with my truck not starting. Had to jump start it and took for a drive to charge the battery. When I brought it home after a half hour drive, turned it off and immediately tried to restart it, nothing. Figured it was probably the alternator. Took it in to QualTech to get it checked out. Turned out the battery had a couple of dead cells. Arrived at 8:40 am and was out by 9:25 am. Super fast quality service and very professional. Just found my new automotive repair facility. Thank you, QualTech!!

Qualtech has always taken care of me and my vehicles across 2 locations, name change, and for almost 20 years! From when I was a single mom on a tight budget, I knew I could go in with a list of issues and name the max I could spend - they would always work with me, ensuring I and my family were safe and cared for.
