I bought 3 pairs of cinch jeans for my son here and I got the wrong size. They sent me an exchange form to fill out with the correct sizes. I filled out the form and mailed back the jeans and they emailed me to tell me they could not do my return because it was outside of return policy. I replied that I am not returning I am exchanging and I haven’t heard back. I finally got a reply that they dont care about customer satisfaction and although they could easily do the exchange I am out the $150 in jeans that are too small for my son to wear. I’m not sure why they even sent the exchange form except to waste mine and their time. Scheels gets my business going forward they have a better selection anyway! Update: They emailed me a gift card for the purchase so I was able to get my son jeans that fit. Thank you Cavender’s!

They will not answer your phone call. I sent a item back fedex shows they received it on Tuesday 8/1 and I still do not have a refund for the item.

Don't Waste you're time working there, very low pay and favoritism. Sadly it's made me never buy a product from them. Namesake is only reason they sell products and they Overprice everything, never will I buy from them, shop online and buy cheaper same products!!
