Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mansfield, an IHG Hotel

During my stay at the Holiday Inn where Renee works, I was impressed by her exceptional hospitality and dedication to providing top-notch service. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Renee was always available to assist me with any questions or concerns I had, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in my experience. I greatly appreciated her genuine kindness and professionalism. Renee is truly an asset to the hotel and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable and delightful stay.

I really enjoyed the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mansfield. I had a King Suite. The room was nice. It had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable! Other hotels of this type do not nor do they offer a place to hang your towel. This hotel has hooks comfortable seating, charger outlets handy. Little things but they help. The staff was friendly from check in to check out. I can’t comment on the breakfast because we are out. I recommend this property. Is convenient to restaurants, shopping etc.

I travel frequently and often stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels. This was the best one I’ve stayed in for quite a while. My room was excellent, the hvac system worked perfectly. The room was clean, the floors, everything smelled clean with no mildew or plumbing smells. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very pleasant experience across the board.

This location is my favorite Holiday Inn to stay at! The rooms are always clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is always a pleasure to work with. Renee always goes above and beyond to accommodate my family and our needs. She is an absolute asset to the Holiday Inn staff!

We had a good experience at this location. I would say it was one of the cleanest hotels i've been to lately. The staff member that we dealt with was very kind and easy to deal with. The only negative I would say the breakfast had little options and wasn't the best. There were only a couple things that I would eat.

I always stay here when my job sends me to training and I absolutely love this hotel. Service desk people are always soo nice and helpful and the rooms are beautiful and clean.

We stayed for a week and were honestly surprised at how great our stay was here. Absolutely fantastic customer service from all of the staff is what really made our stay here great. When we first arrived we discovered that the AC in the room was so loud it sounded like a helicopter was taking off in there, and it wasn't cooling. We let the front desk know and she very kindly and quickly moved us to the next room over, which was very convenient for moving rooms, and the AC was great. That was the only real issue of our stay.

The room was dated but very clean and the beds quite comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and we enjoyed it a couple times! Breakfast was good with plenty of options, especially the nifty little pancake maker! Lots of good restaurants in the area, and our key card included a discount for the restaurant across the freeway, 54th St, which had good food and great drinks... Very convenient.

Only issue I would mention to improve the hotel in a very simple way is the lack of seating for smoking. There were lots of smokers, including us, and just one bench by the entry way is all they offered. This is inconvenient for both the smokers and non smokers. I would suggest a few chairs and a table in the back area by the pool entrance. Perfect little spot back there, away from non smokers.

Overall, excellent stay, staff was truly great from the front desk to housekeeping, everything clean and kept up. Would highly recommend!

Easily the best hotel in the area (better than local Hilton & Marriott Properties where I’ve had top tier status for 10 + years).

Exceptional customer service... we arrived very early and our room was ready for us! We were there for a wedding and needed to rest and freshen up. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

We’ve stayed at this particular hotel twice now and have been very happy with value and accommodations. We had trouble with our room key and our streaming for the television and staff member Santiago was so kind and helpful. He didn’t even roll his eyes at our lack of technology knowledge like our kids do! Will definitely keep this one on our list.

They were GREAT with much Care and Respect! The rooms were oversized and perfect for a great night's sleep after using their really nice showers or they offer rooms with bathtubs also!! I'll be staying here AGAIN in the future!!

Use this hotel for our family reunion host. It was awesome. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were nice. The dove soap and lotion was a nice added touch. Would go here again or recommend

By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. Renee at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, kind, patient, and professional. Helped with anything we needed. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Usually I have issues sleeping in hotels but the beds/sheets/pillows are just perfect! The whole hotel is gorgeous and kept very clean and they offer a variety of amenities that make your hotel stay relaxed. Can’t stay enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely use them in the future if we come back to Mansfield! Thank you Holiday Inn and especially Renee!

This is one of the best Holiday Inn hotels that I have ever been to! I arrived here past midnight (Saturday, May 11, 2019 - it was already Sunday!) after a long day around Fort Worth and Mansfield areas. The impression of the hotel from the outside is already welcoming. The lady at the reception desk was friendly and got the room allotted within a short time. The room (double beds) was very clean and the room was well prepared. There was even a little kitchen sink together with the microwave and a mini refrigerator. I had forgotten my phone charger but had a cable that could charge using USB port. It was disappointing that the entire room didn't have ports like the business/restaurant areas did! I walked out and asked the lady if there was a plug I could use. She explained that the hotel rooms on my side will be going through renovations (the opposite side was underway) and the ports will be installed. After looking for the plug in vain, she finally lend me her own plug to use to be returned on checkout! She was very kind of her!
The second disappoint (first was lack of ports) was the bed. I have been to a lot of Holiday Inns and the beds have been exceptional. This particular Inn's bed was extra soft and saggy. I prefer firm beds.
The breakfast was the best! They had a lot of options and the restaurant area is very neat!
I didn't stay long enough to use the swimming pool/jacuzzi and fitness area but I took a quick tour. The pool/jacuzzi are indoors and for that size of a hotel, the size and location are great! The fitness area was packed with about 8 clients. It has regular hotel equipment, cardio machines, and a couple of dumbbells. The space is a little compromised but since renovation was going on near the room, they could (should) expand it.
The check in time is 3 PM and checkout 12 PM and it's all smooth. I had a great time during my one-night stay here and I would definitely look forward to an extended stay. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Conveniently located right off of 287 and near many different restaurants and a Walmart. The hotel entrance, hallway and elevator are all very clean and smell new. I was expecting my room to also smell the same but when I opened the door it smelled like stale cigarette, not strong though it’s like they have worked to get the smell out but it still lingered, smell. The ac cools nicely but also creates humidity in the room. Breakfast was great, and the ambiance is quiet. Overall a great stay, I’d check in again in the future.

Had to stay in two other hotels before this one to find a wonderful, pet friendly place for myself and my 2 dogs. AND they actually served a REAL freshly made buffet breakfast!!! We're talking HOT scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, fresh fruit. Oatmeal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls and muffins and not only was it delicious, but served in a beautiful manner!!! Scrumptious!

Upon arriving at the hotel, we realized there was a mixup with our reservation. Ian, at the front desk, immediately fixed things for us and was happy to do so. Our room was VERY large for a suite and super clean. The breakfast each morning had many options and was really good. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Easily the best hotel in Mansfield. It's been newly renovated, the staff is great, and the free breakfast in the mornings is top notch. On top of that, they have an indoor pool, so you never have to worry about the weather if you or the kids want to swim. I just can't say enough good things about this place.

Hotel is clean, and the beds are SO comfortable. The staff at this hotel are AMAZING! We were here during a very difficult time, and this staff always had a friendly or encouraging word for us and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Next time we are in the DFW area, we will stay here - even if it is a little bit out of the way! ❤
