He bought his company from someone really good. However, I've been trying to cancel coverage on a vehicle I no longer own for 2 weeks and get coverage on one that I bought a week ago. No returned emails or phone calls. Eventually had to call corporate to get anything done.

Update - even after thoughtfully worded emails and phone messages - no returned messages. This guy does not know anything about insurance, but will be glad to take as much money as he can.

Good luck getting in touch with anyone if you call. He works alone. No help. I even went to make my payment at 4 o'clock door was locked and no one home. And the sign said closes at 5 o'clock. This is a every month thing. Changing my insurance agent. Sure miss Brad hall
