Half Price Books

I specifically came here for used divination books and cards. I checked out a different location but none of the decks or books caught my attention there. There was a locked glass case full of interesting decks. I asked the staff and was able to take the different tarot decks and Oracle decks that weren't shrink wrapped out of the boxes to examine them. The guy patiently waited there for me to make my selection, which took some time. He did mention that they do verify that the contents match what the box says before they are put on the shelves. I ended up buying the Alice in Wonderland Oracle deck with guidebook for a decent price.

Always a good time coming here.
Half Price Books is one of the few book stores around, and I love to spend time here.
A lot of great books, board games, vinyls and dvds.
Nice and very well organized store.

Sold some books here. You won't make a ton of money but it's way better then throwing them away. And they resale them at a fair price. They also have a large assortment of kids books at a good price

HPB is, and always has been, the best place to find that title that pops into your head serendipitously while doing or thinking about something completely unrelated, lol.
Time stands still sometimes while in the store, because each location has it's own unique stock of books, music, and games to explore.

I love all the little trinkets they have. Stick a great book collection. The books that are over 100 years old are so cool!

Large, well kept selection with super helpful staff. We had a wonderful experience as the staff was super helpful. We came in and browsed for a bit, but couldn't find all of the books on our list. When we asked if someone could help us find our books, the associate found us almost every book. We had books delivered back to this store and they all arrived in a couple of days. I highly recommend trying them out if you are just looking to browse, also. Each section had a lot of books to choose from.

I always love shopping at HPB. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I'm looking for, I just wait because they usually get it at some point.

Half Price books is the most affordable place to purchase reading materials and much more.. The staff are very helpful.

What a neat store! Love the Star Wars stuff. They didn't have the book or the movie I was looking for - not unusual for a used book store - but it was quite nice just to browse around. I must say the clerks at this location are extremely attentive...extremely. Almost to the point of being slightly intrusive.

Went with my kids 7 and 10 and let them pick out 7 books and paid less than 25, such a bargain and they were in like new condition they didn't even have cracked spines. Plus they had a wide selection of media (records, comics, DVD, cd, even laser disk) and board games.

My absolute favorite place to get books. Secondhand books come with the energy of the book lover before you and all of the HPB staff energy as well. They also have online options!

I only buy a new book once a month or so to support my local bookshop. Otherwise, you can absolutely get everything you need here for a great deal!

I've never been to another book store quite like this one before. Its got books, games, manga, a whole lot of stuff and for the best deals too! I've just bought the Halo Reach Legendary Edition from there for only 50$, and I had everything still in it, including the flaming helmet code!!! 10/10 would shop there again.

3-11-2024 Went to see if they would buy 3 books. Done. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, clean, organized. Extra people there since Spring Break this week.

Easy to find and great prices! Books were in like new condition.

Always a pleasant experience at Half Price Books. Plenty of employees willing to help, clean restrooms, ample supply of products to browse through. Justin was especially helpful in helping me on this particular visit.

This location is well-stocked and well-staffed. I bought my wife some piano sheet music a couple weeks ago and they had a decent selection from which to choose. Their clearance section is decent, too.
