The Home Depot

A delivery was not completely right, needing only one additional but critical 2x10 if I was going to be able to continue my DIY project at my home. I called the store expecting that I was embarking on a long drawn out process that would ultimately end up in nothing but frustration.

The person who answered the phone said that I needed to speak with the general manager of the whole store and that he would transfer me. I was expecting to get his voicemail, or worse, to be 'accidentally' disconnected.

Instead, he picked up almost immediately. After explaining the situation, he asked when I needed it by and promised to get it to me. I was still skeptical, expecting to have to repeatedly call after no additional delivery.

Instead, an assistant manager delivered the extra 2x10 one hour EARLY.

Throughout the whole process I was treated like the most important customer of the day. Refreshing.

There is a Lowes right across the freeway, a little bit closer to my house. It's Home Depot for me from now on.

Way to go Home Depot. Mom and Pop service from a big-box store. Hard to pull off.

I got my Christmas tree. The had a great selection and affordable prices. Love it

They make fewer mistakes and have more staff. They also have slightly more products, they are considered larger because of higher sales. It is mainly because it is right next to the freeway so it is easier to get to than most and since it's in a "nicer" area is more often clean and organized. This is my preferred HD, the second HD would be Cedar Park. Cedar Park is slightly closer and the ih35 is closer. Lakeline is easier to get to, and has better stock so I drive a little further.

Came in and spoke with jimmy in the paint department and he was very helpful!! Not only that but he was very educated in all paints and paint finishes and what would work with our project and what wouldn’t, he provided great customer service!!

👍👍 We purchased some screen doors. It took awhile to get them from vendor.
We had the doors installed today. One door came thru wrong. Installer Peter Robinson pointed this out to us. He called the store and they had a little different door that was along the lines of what we wanted and we excepted it. Peter picked up the door and installed it today.
I thank Home Depot for working with us.

Super helpful people, I walked out of the pflugerville HD because the people I tried asking for help in the paint department were rude. This one though the people were friendly, asked questions about what paint I was looking for, figured out the one that worked best for my project. Top notch

I arrived with the intention of purchasing a refrigerator and had the privilege of being assisted by Jonathan Flores, who expertly guided me through the entire journey. Despite already having a clear idea of what I wanted, he effortlessly presented each model, provided detailed explanations of their functionality and distinctions, and patiently answered all my questions. There was never a sense of haste during the process. Jonathan's extensive assistance left a lasting impression on me, and it is exemplary customer service like this that ensures my return in the future.

I am a frequent shopper at various Home Depots, but this review is about an amenity. I heard you could take your dog in on a leash for training, and this location was the first time I took my 9 month old out for this purpose.
I went during the slow hours so we would encounter less people. There are many different widths of isles, so you could get practice in narrow isles to get the dog to walk right next to you and practice tight turns.
There are lots of great smells and moderate noise levels, plus it's easy to keep people at a distance by turning around or walking in a very wide isle. We stopped periodically and worked on stationary commands with treats. We waited for some help up at the registers and the staff and customers were awesome! They politely asked if they could pet instead of assuming, and the staff asked if they could give a biscuit!
Please remember to bring your spare poop bags so they continue to allow this service.

Jonathan in the appliance department was so patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, he did not rush me into making a decision with my new washer. He also had a line of customers and was so patient with each customer before it was my turn. 10/10!!!

I’ve shopped at The Home Depot (various locations) for many years. I always find what I need, and more. I’m reviewing this store today simply because the staff during my shopping experience there today was exceptional. In a world where some people seem to think LESS human contact is better (AI, robocalls, automated “customer service” call centers where you just can’t speak to an actual person, etc) receiving legit customer service is inspiring and gives me hope. I hope and pray THD continues this tradition of valuing people, both employees and customers.

The Home Depot is my favorite place to shop! they have it all if it's in stock, I spend a hundred dollars or more with each visit, "I think they conditioned me this way over the years" I love this store!!!

I have been working with Kevin Kelly in the Window and Door department for the last couple of weeks. I want to thank him for everything he is doing for me!! He has gone above and beyond more than anything I ever could have imagined. You clearly can tell he genuinely cares about my window and door projects. Most importantly he cares about his job and takes pride in working for Home Depot. I have never experienced better customer service! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable of Home Depot products, he is also one of the nicest people I have ever met!!!!!! Side note, he is so good with kids and I bet he is the best Grandpa in the world! Thank you for all you do Kevin!!!

Bought our custom window treatments and got them installed through Home Depot. They had a $300 installation fee and the binders we needed to look at all our options. They did first send a custom window treatment salesperson for a separate company and they were a few thousand more, and yet couldn't make for us exactly what we wanted. So strange! Home Depot could, even given our large window measurements and concerns using a cordless system.

Installation day went well and we paid extra for them to remove the old brackets. One annoying part is that they didn't actually remove some of the brackets that they were able to reuse for the new treatments. I like the reuse since it's better for the environment, but I wanted them removed because I had to take some nail polish remover on a couple that had some old paint on them from a previous paint job. We were missing two small pieces but they called the manufacturer for us and ordered them to our home. I liked that every time there was something missing, Karen was right there to order it for us. She was so sweet.
