Bridgette Hearne - State Farm Insurance Agent

Bridgette is an outstanding agent! Not only is she always available when I have questions, she went above and beyond when I needed help with my auto claim when I had an accident. She helped me through the claims process and asked questions for me. She always has time for me. I highly recommend her as a State Farm agent!

Wow! Bridgette is my in-laws' agent in Austin, Texas. She and her staff, namely Lesa Hulme, helped us beyond an insurance need - a need we were not able to accomplish for my husband's parents as we live in another state. We are extremely pleased to have Good Neighbors who printed off, obtained signatures for, notarized, and mailed off documents that were needed. My husband and I don't live in Austin, but if we did, Bridgette would be our State Farm agent.

Bridgette is an excellent agent! With a keen eye for detail and an expansive knowledge of the industry, she makes you feel comfortable knowing that your insurance needs are taken care of. When I first relocated to Austin, my policies were scattered with other companies, and I knew little to nothing about my coverage. Now, I have someone paying personal attention to my policies, and I saved by combining my renter's, auto and life with her. Her years of experience and insight put me at ease, but her positive attitude and warm, friendly character made me feel at home.

Also, I had the pleasure of meeting her dog Bella at her office. A plus for any dog lover!

Bridgette is super knowledgeable of all the aspects of insurance - from basic car insurance to health and home policies. Her wonderful customer service really sets her office apart from the other agents. I know if I ever have a question about my coverage, she will have an answer for me.

I called the office for a bid on auto insurance this morning, 08/29/19. I was warmly greeted by Lisa. She was very helpful, but unfortunately, their prices were not as competitive as the liability carrier I have now. Still, Lisa's service was very good and she answered all my questions.
