We recently bought a sectional couch and are very happy with our experience. The selection varies as they get different furniture over time. There are lots of couches, recliners, mattresses, coffee tables, and bed frames and bedroom furniture sets. Thomas assisted us with our purchase as a sales representative and he was very attentive and helpful regarding our purchase. Their delivery fee is also very reasonable compared to other furniture stores.

They had a sales rep named Nick and he was very professional. I'll be back to see you Nick.

We've never had a bad experience at this location. We bought our kitchen table and couches here and it's always a smooth transaction. Bryan J. was very attentive today as soon as we walked in and helped us find our dresser. He didnt pressure us to buy and answered any and all questions we had without hesitation. Only set back is there manger in the warehouse. He has the funkiest attitude.He talk to you any kind of way. You guys might want to check him out. He’s bad for the bad business. Other than that the sales people are great. I had the pleasure with Cody as my sales person. We walked in and the same day decided on all of our furniture with the AMAZING help from Brad!!! Brad was friendly, very knowledgeable (he knows his stuff), and ohhhhh my goodness patient with us!! We had a million questions and he was able to answer all of them, he made us feel welcome, and didnt make us feel rushed or pressured..... Great sales ethic and again super friendly, and we have told several of our friends to go to Unclaimed Freight and ask for him!!!

Delivery drivers are amazing as well...... Jay, Russel, Garrett and Able were awesome!!!! (the delivery guys) ....the first couch i chose didnt fit because of the highback on the couch and my small hallway :( but jay and russel took the time to walk the couch around the back in the miserable heat and try coming though our back patio, it still didnt fit due to my small doorway...but i chose another couch and jay and russel delivered it and was again impressed with them. Garrett and Able delivered our bedroom set and they were also awesome..they had the whole set put together super fast

Walked in and said I needed a single dining chair for someone who weighed close to 300 pounds, within five minutes I was shown five or six chairs and had chosen the one I wanted. No up selling. No trying to sell a whole set. Just what I wanted.
