Let me start with the staff, Very nice ,Great customer service, great communication, great at explaining things in detail. Now they worked with me and I drove off in a good reliable car. Thierry is the best. Great salesman, very nice with a great smile..Highly recommend for anyone looking for a car.

I can honestly say, new to the states. This place and the guy that helped Elvis, AMAZING! I love the customer service, the different varieties of vehicles. I love the fact that the process didn’t take all day! Best Buy here pay here lots I’ve ever been too. Coming from Florida lol also the vehicle I’ve chosen was a winner! Elvis was the BEST person for this job. He was patient, knowledgable and all around excellent with servicing. Very informative and upfront. I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted.

Very positive experience. Thierry was friendly, patient, and actually worked out my down payment to be a little bit cheaper. And I was so shocked. I did my application online, I received a call to finish it up, and I was approved. Brought in proof of residency and proof of income, test drove a few cars and SUVs. Took all of two and a half hours. I most definitely would recommend them. Just an overall positive and friendly experience. Very good customer service. Oh, they do have very good warranties on the vehicles that a warranty is covered.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant with coming into the dealership because the last one I was burned at but I’m glad I gave this one a chance! Thierry was amazing and made it as smooth as possible for me. He thoroughly explained it all and answered all my questions. He listened to my list of what I was looking for and found me some great options which one was perfect. He even answered my sons questions who is also my mechanic so he had some tough ones. My experience at MCMC Auto was amazing!!! Everything was taken care of in a decent amount of time before I even arrived at the dealership. I was able to browse a nice selection of cars (most with warranties which I love). When I arrived to the dealership all I had to do was test drive the car I choose, make a payment and sign the paperwork! Elvis and Thierry were BEYOND HELPFUL from beginning to end! They gave me their time and you can tell they genuinely wanted to get me into the best car for my budget.
