Shopping for furniture at Ivan Smith was fantastic. Sales people were friendly and knowledgeable w/o being pushy. Selection and prices were great. The support team is always helpful and quick with responses and on top of change requests. Delivery scheduling was hassle-free and the delivery team was prompt and professional. Did a great job delivering and setting up my purchase. Glad I found this place and decided to visit. Well worth the drive.

Hometown furniture provider had really excellent selection of seating. We settled on a beautiful upholstered swivel rocker. . They had a great choice of fabrics for a custom look. Our salesman, Michael helped us keep things simple. Came in on time and was delivered quickly and with no fuss. We are very pleased. Next time we need furniture, we're going to Ivan Smith first.

I remember my daughter taking me in the store we were redecorating our home. She likes an eclectic look a splash of the Hamptons, a cool wave of Texas in the home. It’s been difficult to find furnishings with color pattern of the Hamptons, but I can honestly say they have it, I love the one in Mansfield The sales people are very knowledgeable and patient. No sales pressured. So worth strolling through this store.

The purchase of my nightstand was a positive experience. The communication was thorough and professional, addressing every concern that I had. I had to drive 2.5 hours each way to pick it up, but because of how well the purchase experience went, it was still pretty effortless.

We bought 2 real leather , rocker recliners at Ivan Smith. They are beautiful, fantastic price, and wonderful service. The sales lady was wonderful and the delivery guys! We are very happy with our experience at this store!

This is the second time I have purchased furniture from Ivan Smith and highly recommend. The first time the furniture was delivered and it was delivered and installed quickly and no damage. The guys were very polite and professional. This time I picked up my furniture and it was loaded quickly and carefully.

Amazing sales staff, super helpful. Purchased a smaller table, for my husband and I and the occasional guest.
I needed a smaller table for a smaller space. They had a clearance section I never looked at before. I just so happened to find what I was looking for.

It was a return, and I got an amazing deal on it. Also found a desk for my husband too. That's right...on clearance too. Lucky day!

We lost our entire home due to fire damage. We walked into Ivan Smith at the Mansfield location and Nelda took her time and helped us pick furniture pieces for each room. Nelda was so helpful and gave good recommendations to me on the type of end tables I was looking for. There was a problem with one table and it was quickly taken care of! Love my new tables!

Bought a new mattress. It is awesome! But could not leave the store without buying the fabulous kitchen table set, and dining room chairs. Beautiful and reasonably priced.

We had such a great experience at Ivan Smith. Our sales person Nelda was so knowledgeable and not pushy. We visited other big name brand stores and were surprised that Ivan Smith had a lot more modern furniture than other places. The prices are really good and we got the couch set we wanted within 2 days. Michael was really helpful when we picked up our furniture. We will definitely be back soon!

My shopping experience with Nelda was unrushed.
As is my custom before any purchase, I asked about the delivery and return policy. They were transparent and advised me of time limitations and restocking fees.
I erred in my first choice and had to exchange that swivel glider for a better suited recliner. Nelda and Maria handled the exchange with no surprises.

The folks at Ivan Smith furniture are great, prices are very good and the console we purchased is super nice. We'll definitely be back.

Great quality furniture! And our Sales associate- William was great, he was friendly, helpful and transparent. My husband and I shopped all afternoon at several different furniture stores, and none of them came close to Ivan's. Better quality furniture, they have financing, and overall the price was great!The showroom looks incredible, the staging is on point. We were very pleased to know the bedroom we were wanting was IN STOCK yay! They offered next week delivery, but we opted out since we have 10+ years experience in delivering furniture. The closing process was easy, I didn't catch her name but she was very personable and genuine. Thank you friends at Ivan's furniture!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products. The price was better than the competitor. The sale was easily done on our phone after we decided to purchase the furniture. Delivery men were very pleasant and prompt. Communication was good with the delivery people. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

Sales staff was great. Quality of product exceeds big name Competitor's. Pricing was cheaper than i expected and beat the other companies overpriced products of lesser quality. Delivery guys work for the actual company and were just a friendly and professional as the sales team. Im not one to review companies, but felt inspired to do so and share my experience with Ivan Smith. Ivan Smith customer for the long run.
