The Lord directed my husband and I here. We're a retired, disabled veteran home on a fixed income. My previous agent for over a decade wanted to renew our HO rate 71%. I started researching other quotes. I almost fainted. I was looking through my mail and found Agent Sarah Nelson's letter. Opened it, called the number spoke with the sweetest lady. Her name was Abby Martinez. She made me feel welcome when I first spoke with her. She worked with me, explained every detail. She walked me through the entire process. I was wondering over on day one. She represented Allstate in an amazing and professional way. Her agent should be proud she has Abby in her office. I am now an Allstate home and auto client. Allstate employees have been outstanding in answering my concerns. Any time I needed to have a printed copy of my information they were quick to get the information to me. I give them an A+ rating.

When I went into the office looking for a home and auto quote the young lady that help me took the time to explain each individual coverage and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting with each policy. I was so thankful that she took the time out of her busy day to make sure I was taken care of and even cancelled my current insurance so I did not have to deal with that. Sarah and her staff have been nothing but amazing through the whole process. I would recommend her and her agency to anyone that needs great insurance with a pleasant experience!
