Hyatt Regency Austin

Great location, right on the water. Clean rooms. Friendly service. Running trail right behind an excellent pool. Food is great (but breakfast is not included). Would stay again for sure.

Came here to stay for the eclipse. Very close to the park we were wanting to visit. Room was clean and comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet about $33/person and it was nice, in house made bread and pastries along with multiple hot dishes. Overnight parking $52 and the garage felt secure. Central to most of the things we wanted to do. A 30 min walk to the capital and bars close by. Had a wonderful visit would definitely come back

Loved staying here. Easy walk to the Congress Bridge to get to downtown. The bus stop for Route 20 from the airport is a five minute walk to the hotel. Room was very clean, spacious and modern. Front desk staff were extremely helpful, the valet attendants always friendly, and housekeeping were awesome and kind. The hotel restaurants were delicious. I ordered breakfast (in room dropoff) and dinner for pickup and both meals were worth it. Loved having a Starbucks in the lobby too. Would absolutely stay here again.

I love love this hotel. It's right on Town lake and in the heart of the city. You can literally walk out the back of the hotel and you're on the town lake trail there's about 10 iconic restaurants within walking distance from the hotel so location couldn't be better. Service is spot on - drinks are good, and food's better. The rooms are typical, if not slightly above average for a Hyatt regency hotel.

Beautiful rooms excellent service in a convenient location along the river and near the famous bat evening flout bridge.
Breakfast buffet was just okay but we enjoyed the complimentary frozen fruit bars.

Patrick at the valet was super kind and helpful. The hotel has a nice view of the river and easy access to all the happenings in Austin. Will definitely stay again.

Booked a last minute room on New Years Eve. Very nice hotel. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. People complaining about the garage parking fee- yes it is high. But all hotel garage parking in cities is high. It is what it is. The nice front desk staff accommodated my request for checking out later than 11. I was happy to pay the fee. Would tay here again. Love the shower!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Austin and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Mariano - and the entire staff - was very helpful throughout our stay. We were able to check in with no delay and the staff was able to quickly help us with any questions or requests we had during our stay. I will absolutely be looking to stay at the Regency again the next time I visit Austin. Superb hotel!

Maria at the front desk is an absolute shining star welcoming guests and doing everything she can to be super helpful. Chriss with the bellhop service was amazing, patient, and also super helpful! We had so much to bring to our room and he brought every last thing w a smile and was very friendly. This is our third graduation trip and we (and all members in our family’s party) all stay here and will continue to in the future! Thank you to the staff for making check in so much less stressful than I thought it would be.

Love the location.
The views aren't great, but the location is perfect. The rooms are SOOOO spacious a and comfy. Their conference rooms and event center are modern, pretty and very clean.

Wow. The reception staff are SO friendly. The hotel is nice, but what makes it 5 stars for me is the helpful and cheerful attitude of the staff. Like all do the people were the best. It's so good it almost makes me want to come visit Austin just to stay here again.

I enjoyed my time at the Hotel! It was great and the service was amazing! This one kid Lubbock carried a bunch of my bags and good smiles all around the hotel. I will be coming back to this hotel due to Lubbocks immaculate services!

I stayed here for a wedding this weekend and really enjoyed the hotel. It’s in a great location and very clean. Dip from valet was super friendly and helpful all weekend as well!

The Hyatt Regency Austin is a lovely hotel. The rooms were clean and modern. We could not hear any noise from outside in our room. The staff were very attentive helpful in giving recommendations for restaurants nearby. This is a great hotel in Austin!

Hotel was beautiful.. but the vallet service was wonder, Jay and kylar were so helpful. I had a flat tire on my rental, the pumped it up, and helped with the pick up from the rental company.. they made a very awful experience with a car rental company, much easier to manage. Thank you both so much!!!

Absolutely above and beyond service from Hyatt Regency Austin. Eli and the staff were overwhelmingly considerate and welcoming, the rooms are impeccable and the location is perfect. A quick walk in either direction on Congress Street pits you right in the middle of excellent restaurants, bars and shopping.

Can not recommend this hotel enough, mostly due to its staff and team members like Eli.

-Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable
-shower got very hot and had nice shower pressure
-AC/heat unit in the room worked very well

We spent a week here and had such an amazing experience. Amazing hospitality, kind people, great location and good food. I honestly can't wait to return this summer to get a good view of the bats.
