First time user fixing to be a long-term client. My car was REALLY dirty on the exterior. Not even a wash since early November. Thousands of miles since, including a trip to the coast and driving on the beach, two ice storms, it was rough.

The awesome professional showed up, and within maybe two hours made the car like new again.

I don’t do reviews unless I can leave an exceptional one. This detailer, and their company deserve an exceptional review.

Also of mention, the materials used smell great! Sounds like a minor thing but I park inside my garage and it smelled clean on top of the car being spotless. And by some magic they shined the tires and it didn’t sling onto the paint or leave stains on my driveway!

Lastly, the professional person just had good vibes.

I called last minute yesterday morning in a bit of a panic. We were moving in to a new warehouse space and Merry Maids, who I had hired to clean the floors the previous day refused to do so). Cubra with Smart Wash answered my call and was amazing. Very helpful. She walked my through the webite on how to book our appointment and within one hour, Osvaldo showed up ready to work. In fact, he got there before we did so told him where the key was and he let himself in and started cleaning the warehouse floors. We showed up about 30 minutes later. The warehouse did not have access to water so Osvaldo had to make an extra trip by going back to his office, refilling his water tank and coming back to finish the job, even though we had left to run some errands. Great young man. Hard to find responsible people who take pride in their work. Great pricing too. We were so impress, we hired them to come clean our 18 wheeler this morning. I highly recommend Smart Wash.

I am super happy with the detail that was done on my car. I have a 3 yr car with light-colored leather that has never been detailed, and it now looks brand new! I would definitely recommned them and will be using them again in the future!
