Express Factory Outlet

I went in today and the store was super clean and organized. I went a year ago and it was a huge mess and since I have been shopping online. It was such a nice change. To make it even better was meeting Dominic, he was very informative and very conversational.

Exceptional support and service by Lauren the Store Manager. I had return issues and she went off the way to help and support.

We need more people like Lauren in all stores. Thank you Lauren.

My children absolutely love coming and shopping here. I'm not going to lie I love going to Guess and getting my shoes and my purses and my clothes. It's just a brand I truly love. Daddies Lil Monster & Daddy's card😂

Great shopping mall in Round Rock. Go EARLY and beat the crowds.
Super saving at multiple stores.
Grounds are swept and maintained for cleanliness.

Haven't seen any security yet, but I'm sure they're around.
I'm packing heat just for safety measures, but the clientele seems good, with the exception of needle deposit box in the latrines. So you can shoot up your heroine and coke, deposit your used needles, and enjoy shopping while high as a kite. SMH. :(

The customer service here was exceptional! The sales were pretty legit, especially considering it's Express, so prices go up just by breathing. But the Outlets?! Boom. We are talking 50% off sales each way you turned. Want a long sleeve? 50% off. Want some jeans? Buy one, get one for $5. I mean, these people are basically throwing their clothes away, which would be bad for the environment by creating a larger carbon footprint. So, do the world a favor and go buy some clothes. Definitely recommend 5/5

I shop here quite a bit after the New York and company store closed. One thing I would like to see here is more of a variety of jeans and pants in a size 4. Super cute dresses though.

Omg, there was a guy there that was extremely helpful, in fact all staff were great but this guy went over and beyound. I think his name was Jeremy or Chris; I can't remember his name. He look biracial, but anywho, this guy went so far in picking out my 15 year old son first suit, size, shirts and ties and gave pointers on how to wear suit. Oh he also taught my son how to put jacket on properly. I will forever be greatful to that young man for all the time he spent with us.

Friendly staff and always a great spot to pick up some Express clothing deals. If they run out, they offer to locate and order and that's very helpful!

Great stores loved the outdoor atmosphere great place if you're visiting we loved it.

You can mix and match coupons at this outlet, even though the coupon says not valid at outlets!! Saved $165 = happy gal

I like t-shirts and shirts at express they are pretty good with designs and colors but they are bit expensive and i always buy them, I always felt their pants are always expensive and never bought one.

Great store. Staff is very friendly and ready to find sizes and colors and answer all the questions.

The staff are is on point with customer service there was a gentleman there that help me pick out the right sizes who made several trips to the back to find the sizes and the fit that I needed.

I live 1h away but the trip is always worth it. the staff is very friendly and helpful.
