I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut & dyed by Ariana. I am very much happy and will gladly return.
She did a great job with giving me lots of tips and advice on how to take better care of my hair. I'm a mom of 3 so l've neglected my hair badly! My hair looks amazing and the knowledge she taught me will help me in the future.
It's very clean, organize and beautiful inside Salt & Waves Salon! Parking is easy and there's a cute coffee shop that's connected to the salon.

This was my first time here! I scheduled a haircut via telephone and had no issues finding availability. I booked Kyle who was amazing! When I booked I mentioned some things I wanted done. Kyle asked what I wanted as soon as I sat down, and we were able to plan out my vision. His suggestions and interpretation were a fantastic job!! Always friendly and highly skilled, more like an artist. Kyle is extremely gifted and has a compassionate approach. I am very pleased with his care and have full trust within him for all my hair care needs! Pricing was great, loved the salon and chill atmosphere. The salon is clean and very relaxing, great music and parking is free.

Very cute , everyone’s so nice and friendly they check you in right away. They have amazing stylist. The prices are very reasonable.

I've had two appointments with Kourtney Cannon and I've loved my hair after both! She listens to my hair requests and makes great suggestions on how to achieve the results I'm looking for. The salon is nice and welcoming as well. They have easy booking online or over the phone, super convenient! I love my hair and I'll be back to see Kourtney soon!

I have been going to the same girl at a different salon for several years, but I came here for many reasons including being closer to where I live. I booked with Xiola and she exceeded my expectations for a younger stylist. I know, don’t judge a book by its cover. We communicated well about the goals I wanted from my mini lightening and cut service, and I love the finished product.

My stylist, Kourtney, was amazing! Sat down and really heard and understood what I wanted and brought my vision to life! I am obsessed with my hair. I wanted a deep hair color that only showed in the light and that’s exactly what she did without the use of bleach! She cut my hair the way I wanted and didn’t go insanely short in the process. That was something I struggled with every haircut- stylist cutting my hair too short. I got a deep scalp massage, which was complimentary, and that was the best omg! Being a mama of 2 I hadn’t gotten my hair done since pre-kids. That massage got rid of my lingering headache. Highly recommend this salon. Yes it’s pricey but worth it in my opinion. I’ve been noticing all the different haircuts other stylists were doing for their customers and I was obsessed with every one’s hair cut and color. So go see ANY stylist and you will LOVE your hair guaranteed!! My husband and kids even loved the haircut I got! Kourtney also showed me how to properly apply products and how to style to achieve the type of hairstyle I want. Thank you Kourtney!!!!!

I very much highly recommend this place. I went with Heily E. and let me say I left the salon feeling very happy about my hair. She is so nice & sweet takes her time. Told her what I wanted and she did just that. She sure did deliver. Thank you so much. I love my hair. She did a phenomenal job 10/10.

I absolutely recommend Kyle at Salt and Waves, anyone craving a transformative hair experience. Kyle worked magic with my foilage, creating a blend that felt like it was tailor-made for me. But what truly won me over was the care they poured into every step. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful attention throughout, they made me feel valued and pampered.

Ella did an amazing job with my curly hair! Usually barber shops have a hard time getting the look I like but ella was communicative and considerate of my needs!

Shelly is the best!! I’ve been going to her for a several months now, and I completely trust her! She always knows what to do and has a perfect outcome :) highly recommend her, my hair is healthier than ever!

First time using this salon and i loved it!! Everyone was super nice and Arabella did an amazing job on my hair! She was really patient and had high attention to detail and even though i was only there for a haircut, she did a color correction consultation with me. I will 1000% be going here again. Very much so eased my salon anxiety 🫶🏻

Cora is super sweet! I am very happy with my haircut and style, I also really loved the scalp scrub from her! So happy to find my new stylist 😊 bonus points for being located next to my favorite coffee shop!!

I’ve seen Arabella twice now for a women’s haircut and have loved how my hair turned out each time! The salon is very cute. It gives a relaxed, girly, beach vibe as the name would suggest. I also love getting a coffee next door right after I’m done. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Love Cora. I originally meet her at the Leander location. She got moved to Hutto location, so I followed. ( that should tell you something) 🤟💯💙 Cora is one of the very top stylist as well. She is so good at color,& cuts. I do blondes and she's nailed it every time. She's also very fast as well. She moves. Love it. Atmosphere is perfect. Only complaint is, I drive 35 to 40 mins to Get the best hair color done. Lol.
The owner is Very nice and professional as well. Both locations are great.

I am so happy that I found Katie Davis! I live in South Austin and make the drive up to Hutto to see her for a refresh every few months and I love my results every single time. Can't not mention the deep scalp massage/hot towel portion of the service - The eucalyptus scent is my favorite! The salon itself is super cute and I love that you can order drinks and snacks from the shop next door and they bring it right to your station. Always a treat getting my hair done here!

I live in Leander, yet I drive to the Hutto location for Cora. The Leander salon is a gem. However, Cora is able to nail my cut EVERYTIME. Both salons are super chic and breezy.

However, if you can snag Cora, do it!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience here!! My hair stylist was elena and I loved her ! she listened to what i asked for and we came up with a plan to get to where I want . and the pricing was very reasonable! I have found my new Place and stylist !
