7-Eleven

This location just opened (December 19, 2019) so everything is very new. They are still working on getting everything up and running as well as training employees, but the majority or amenities you expect at a 7-Eleven in the USA are available and everyone was friendly. Hopefully this location will be able to maintain this level of service since they have direct competition from H-E-B across the street. There is no problem with access to the location. The prices are what you would expect from a typical convenience store in the area. Worth checking out!

This place has good customer service. Both guys who works at night are always helpful. The night manager Steve has always been cool with me, he handles the pressure of working at this place well. It is a busy location. He quickly takes the customers no matter how busy they are. They do lock the doors for their truck at night but they only got one person working past 10 and they have to do the truck all by themselves. Some people can be so entitled. It is only for 10-20 minutes a day they do this and they put a sign up. Steve keeps this place very clean too. Bathrooms are always properly cleaned. Never seen it so clean any where else!! Love the Nepalese guy who owns the place also. Morning staff is a little grumpy but I give 5 stars still.

The clerk was awesome! I knew I had a free Big Gulp in my wallet. So I got my Dr. Pepper and then grabbed a brownie as well. When I checked out and scanned my app, the clerk said that I had enough points to get the brownie free as well if I wanted. So I got my Big Gulp and brownie free!

Best 7-11 ever! Staff is super friendly and they have an espresso machine 😍. So for a super yummy drink grab a large iced coffee cup, add two pumps honey, and one pump caramel. Add two shots medium roast espresso, then fill to top of orange bottom line with hazelnut creamer. Fill to free food words with ice then top off with cold brew! $1.99 and just as good as Starbucks ♥

This store seems to have gone downhill in the past year. Several times I have come up here at midnight or after and store is locked but there are employees inside. Tonight I got here at midnight and store is locked. Several people were wanting to come in. One customer was knocking on door and the employee totally ignored her. This store says it's open 25 hours even states that on your website. This store is losing customers.

There were 5 people in line at register to pay and there was only 1 employee behind the counter and he was wiping off the counters by the hot food. I timed it and he did not go to the register to start ringing people up for 2 full minutes!!!!!

Over charged me by 2$ for air freshener and refused to match or change to fit the advertised price
Bonus one older guy complete ignored customers and was one that suggested the incorrect price to younger doing check out

Really like the new mixed coffee drink machine they have at some 7-11's, including this one. However, their 'mocha' coffee drink setting hasn't worked right for going on a year now. It just shoots out hot water instead of chocolate. I've told multiple employees at least a few times that it needs to be fixed but it still hasn't. Poorly run store, apparently. It's a bummer because I'd go in more often if they could fix it.
