Best roofing company in Texas! These guys are exceptional at their craft and professional start to finish. I can’t say enough about this company. So glad I found them through a friend 7 years ago. You can’t go wrong hiring them.

Texas Traditions was the best roofing company to work with. They gave me quick, accurate, and fair pricing on my roof replacement. Their staff was extremely helpful in communicating the process and timeline for getting the job done. They were also great at keeping me updated the whole time their crew was there working which wasn’t long because they knocked it out of the park in just about a day! Can’t recommend enough!

Texas Traditions Roofing is a class act through and through, both on the residential and commercial side. The process is seamless from start to finish, and they communicate extremely well. It's hard to find companies that are trustworthy, provide excellent service, and competitive on pricing -- all those things are true with Texas Traditions. They also come with a great team. Micah took great care of our last project, provided clear communication, and completed everything much faster than expected.

Micah was recently (April 2024) at my house in Sun City/Georgetown to perform a roof inspection. He and one other worker inspected the entire roof and provided a detailed report.
The findings were very minor and they took care of them w/o charge to us.
They were very professional.
We have two solar tubes extending through the roof + numerous other items that we wanted to have checked to ensure sufficient coverage at the shingles to prevent any leaks.
Very satisfied with the inspection process and would certainly consider them for any future roofing needs.

After being hit by a hail storm, I wanted to make sure that I used a local, established roofer. Texas Traditions Roofing was recommended to me and the service was fantastic. Due to the type of roofing I wanted, I was told it would take a few months to get, but it was worth the wait. My Project Manager, Garrett, stopped by beforehand and let me know what to expect. The roofers were accommodating to the deliveries and pickups that I couldn't reschedule, I appreciated them for sure. The gutters went on the next business day and my house has a fresh new look! The Accounting office was great, as they had no trouble with me wiring payment and they kept me apprised of balances due and sent receipts promptly. Lastly, the estimator did a great job too, my overages on the job were less than $25, even though I added customization. I would 100% recommend Texas Traditions Roofing!

Very easy to work with. Initially working with Matt, then Garrett. Extremely thorough and efficient at getting the roof on quickly and appears they did a very good job with clean lines, and extra protection along all ridges. Highly recommend!

Wes responded to our call about a roof leak right away and let us know what he found with pics. He offered us with options to repair or replace without pressure to replace. I opted to repair right away to avoid another leak from a pending rain storm event. They came and did the job before the rain event without delay. I am appreciative of that!

In a blue collar industry like roofing, most “businesses” just want to earn a quick buck. Hail storm = money. The fly by night companies are out in masses - door knocking and passing out flyers… with that being said, I highly recommend Texas Traditions Roofing. They have been in business for 10+ years, being local to Georgetown. They are the established “go-to” roofing contractor in Central Texas because of their integrity, processes, and high-standards. They have done multiple repairs on my home, as well as a full replacement after the recent hail storm and the process is seamless. Texas Traditions will have my continued business.

We looked at reviews of Texas Traditions and thought we’d give them a try on a leaking roof issue. Kat Leggett and others at Texas Traditions have been a pleasure doing business with. They came out and did the work very fast and efficiently. Their workers kept me updated and provided pictures of their work, pre and post work. They were great with their clean up as well. I’ll update, as time will tell if all was successful.

I recently had the opportunity to call upon Texas Traditions to fix a problem with my roof, to keep squirrels entering into the home thru a vent stack on the roof. . I had called several roofers and pest control companies. They all declined. Micah Downs with Texas Traditions promptly offered to evaluate the problem, and returned to fixit it with hardware cloth. We worked with Austin Threadgill and Garrett Pippin on the installation of our new roof. The installation was seamless. They explained all of the work to be done and worked with our insurance company to ensure that all was covered. I highly recommend them.

I am a picky customer and I have done a lot of research for a good roof and a reliable roofer for my hail-damaged roof replacement. Finally, I chose TTR for both roof and rain gutter replacement. The price is not cheap, which is not the focus since it is covered by insurance. I chose the high-quality materials and requested the best warranty, which I know that might not be honored by the shingle company, but I believe who can offer the best warranty could partly show their capability since only the top ones could provide it.

The salesman Connor didn't even look at my insurance estimate since they provide a materials with a certain price so if the insurance quote is small, the customer has to downgrade the materials. Vice versa. Very different than other companies that need to look at your quote and give you the material list. Some companies didn't even give you the model of the materials and only told me architectural shingles will be used. I don't know how many customers are deceived by these tricks.

The work turned out to be as good as I expected. The installation was completed on time and the installation quality also made me happy since I almost supervise the whole work from the very beginning.

The rain gutter installation was subcontracted to another company, but it was done perfectly.

The insurance company didn't pay for the 2nd check-in time and Deena from the TTR never asked me to pay for it. The only thing they have done is to check the status regularly with me if any information could be updated.

Pros:
professional, use the materials as requested, very detailed written contract, no cut corners, legit company, local and not storm chasers

Cons:
The installation team might not familiar with the installation requirements if the materials are not the standard types so the customer needs to bring it up to the supervisor and installation team members.

Would I recommend this company? Definitely, particularly for those who are not familiar with roofing and don't know who to use for their new roof. Don't use those companies that you can save the deductible. It not only illegal, but also hurts the quality of your new roof because I can guarantee you that they will not use the materials as promised.

I know I have said a lot here because I hope what I have done could persuade people to use this kind of companies so they can last for a long time to provide warranty and better service. I believe nobody wants to hire someone that checks in during the storm seasons and leaves later.

If there is anything goes wrong in the future, I will write another review.
