I had something happen to me that has never happened to me before, and that was that I bought a bottle of whisky without fully inspecting it and when I got home, I noticed that the seal was broken. When I called and explained my situation, they gladly replaced the bottle! I was really worried I would be screwed. Great service!

Really nice liquor store, they have a solid selection of bottles and diverse options.
I found bottles from Japan, Hawaii, and Europe.

Nice! 3 types of Uruapan Charanda available. A 100% cane juice agricole, and a blanco and añejo 50/50 cane juice and molasses blend.

I love that this shop has specialty/hard to find spirits like this. They helped me find the Blanco when the shelf stock appeared to be out. Really happy that someone in South Austin took a chance on such niche spirit, even picking up the pure "agricola"!

This is a rum from Michoacán, Mexico, like Mezcal before it, Charanda is gonna be the "it" spirit from Mexico.

Of the Uruapan offerings, the Añejo is my favorite. If you are a big fan of agricole rum from Martinique, definitely try the 100% Agricola. Super funky!

I visited the store looking for a bottle of Texas Sotol, which is not available in the UK where I live. I asked for some assistance, and the staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
They also have a great selection in store.

These guys essentially have curated their inventory for both wine and spirits with updated handwritten tasting notes for the majority of items in the store. They are expert at sending you home with what you want in the price range you specify. I learn something everytime I go. I have never been disappointed. More accessible knowledge of wine and spirits per square foot than anywhere else I know of in the Austin area. Just ask. Also a much better selection (and price range) of wines and liquors less commonly available in the US than most other stores. If you discovered a new-to-you grape or appellation on your trip to Europe and have not been able to find it anywhere since you got home, this is the store for you.

A tried and true local liquor store. While you have the nationwide chains like Spec and Total Wine and a local chain in Twin liquors there is something about a great local shop you don't always get at a chain. The curated play list, the great selection that is driven by the what they think is good, the friendly local yocal that will give you great advice when you need it. I have never been steered wrong or bought a bad bottle of anything here. The owner even reached out to his distributor to see if they could get a hard to find bottle that I was trying to find. This store is a place that will take care of you!

just want to give a quick shout out to this place during the lockdown! I ordered delivery for a couple cases of beer and there was confusion between who was really delivering the order. The store quickly remedied the problem and the driver who came was apologetic and very quick! I’m really thankful for and appreciative of the care they show their customers :)

Come visit the three amigos! Rohit, Eric and Bart are all great guys with knowledge and experience to help you make decisions on wine & spirits selections. Always have new innovative items. Centrally located and easy to swing by on your way home from work or when you're in the area. Hard to beat their selection of wines -- they specialize in wines you can't find elsewhere. Love!

This is one of the best wine and spirits shops in Austin. They have a very knowledgeable staff who are also friendly, helpful and not snobby. It's also a pickup location for the best bread in town, Miche Bread.

Best liquor store in Austin. They recommended the two best whiskeys I’ve had in a long time. Angel’s Envy and Wilderness Trail. My god. What a find.

This is a classy liquor establishment with classy beverages and classier prices. I don't think anything there is under $10, but they've got quite the selection (yes they have St. Germaine). Beverage World is owned by the same nice family that owns the most standard liquor shop Whip-In next door and they have tastings and liquor events regularly. If you like to wet your whistle with some tasty concoctions and you don't mind paying a premium, this is your place to stock up.

I am based out of country, but often need to order alcohol for a client in Austin. I found Travis Heights Wine & Spirits from a general search in the area, and they have yet to disappoint. The guys there have been super accommodating to me with my strange requests, and unconventional way we have to communicate. Great people, fantastic selection of wine, beer and liquor.

Very friendly. Though if you ask for barefoot or yellowtail, they might look at you funny. If you are looking for a good bottle and guys who know their wines, highly recommended.
