Logan's Roadhouse

We had a large group and only one waiter. We thought that it was going to take too long in order for our waitress to take everyone's order. Our waitress was the best, she took everyone's order and the food came out correctly and fast. Everything was good the food and the service. No one had reason to complain. I'm ready to go back for more. Thanks!

We went out to eat here as a party of 5 after a long day of setting up a wedding. The staff was very courteous about our late arrival, ~30 minutes before closing time. I was a little embarrassed about getting there so late and keeping them with guests after close, but they didn't treat us like a burden at all and the service was excellent. Was a pleasantly surprising experience since restaurants are usually a bit crabby about late diners. The food itself was exactly as ordered and some of the best I've ever had at a Logan's. I would definitely return to this location without a second thought. Some really great people working here, both front and back of house.

We have ate at Logan’s before at other locations and have never been impressed.

Tonight, coming back from a trip out of town, this location was the only place we found open due to a winter storm. Reluctantly, we stopped to give it a try.

Man were we surprised! The door was opens for us and welcomed in, out of the cold. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately.

Two servers took our drink orders before we could even blink. Our primary server was a fine young man heading into the Air Force. He was super nice, a great waiter and very pleasant to talk to.

The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The dining room was spotless and the music was not loud but audible in the background.

We ordered a burger and country fried steak. My burger was a perfect medium well, juicy and tender. Great flavor with fresh veggies and crisp bacon. Bun was buttery and lightly toasted. Sweet potato was piping hot and cooked to perfection.

My wife loved the country fried steak. She raved about the loaded mash potatoes and the broccoli was steamed just right.

Customer service was outstanding! Couldn’t ask for better. Had all Logan’s be run this way the corporate company wouldn’t be having trouble.

Keep up the good work guys! We will be back!

Decided to have a early dinner at Logans Road House. On a whim, I went way outside my comfort zone and ordered Grilled Meatloaf with gravy, mushrooms, onion, and mashed potatoes. Folks, it was sooo good. Think country fried steak and gravy without the breading, add some grill marks, an appitite, a fork and knife, and dig in. Honestly, this meatloaf is worth going back for, and I assure you, I will. Oh, yeah...the service by Taylor was great and there was plenty of parking.

Logan’s in Bessemer has really stepped up their game. They were staffed very well and everyone was friendly. Our food was great and came out correct and timely. Also, the bathrooms were extremely clean. I ran into the GM Ashlyn, and made sure to let her know how improved things were since our last visit several months back.

Karrie was our server and she was amazing. The food was perfect and she was overly attentive. Definitely will come back and enjoy Logans off of 459 exit 1.

We were traveling home to Madison Ms.after visiting our daughter and her family in Centerville Virginia for Thanksgiving. We stop at logans in Birmingham Ala. For lunch and were very impressed with the service and food. Staff was very professional and friendly as we actually got there before they open but door was unlocked and we went. They made us feel at home !!

Good service! Great food! Nice atmosphere! The drinks were so good! Especially the Prickly Pear Margarita! Our steaks were so tender and juicy! We enjoyed watching the game on the many screens they have while enjoying our meal!

I'm originally from Alabama but now live in Wisconsin. I came home to visit my mother. Myself, my bff and my cousin decided to go eat some amazing food. Not only the food was fantastic so was our waiter. I beat myself bc I can not remember his name. We all 3 tipped him well. Hands down great customer service. When I come back I will come again. Until then you all have a wonderful day

OMG my waitress again was AMAZING! Made sure we was taken care of before we even got our table up until we left! We never leave a $20 tip for 5 people but tonight was well worth it!

We were seated close to the bar and next to a very chatty fella who had a few too many.

Food was good! I had a ribeye sandwich and fries and they were both fresh. Our waitress Maddison was very attentive and kind. Props to the cook also.

Last 2 times we been there we got the same server. Hispanic lady. Very rude and short to talk to. Got our order wrong and left us with nothing to drink for long periods. Food was good though. If u get seated in her section I would advise asking to move. I saw 2 other people get sat down only to get moved as soon as they saw who their server was.

The experience started off rocky. A 35-minute wait to be seated turned into a 90-minute wait; however, once we were seated, Jordan, our waitress, did a phenomenal job. She greeted the table with hot rolls in hand, quickly got our drink and app orders, and then brought our food out piping hot. We were very pleased. BTW we had a party of 11 and she took care of us alone.

Max was the best server he made the evening very special thank you to him for helping us surprise our friend with a Disney trip. Thanks again Max!!

Delicious food cooked to order, chopped steak was moist, salad crisp and chips are hand made. Peanuts are on every table.

Last Friday night we had a great meal at Logan's Roadhouse, Exit 1 off of 459. Our server Miss Alex Edwards was tremendous!! Very, very friendly, courteous, professional and definitely could recommend their best menu items for us!! This was a great meal & Miss Edwards was a big part of our fun. For the perfect steak, seafood, or a salad with stellar service Logan's Roadhouse at 459 Exit 1 is the place to visit!!

It was my son's 15th bday n Logans was close to home and we also hadn't been there in over 7 years. Our wait was said to be 35 min within 15 min our pager was buzzing the waitress wasn't very knowledge about the menu, she could've been new, but was awesome! The apps were good n all the food arrived hot n well portioned we'll definitely visit again in the future!!

Fast forward, June 18th 2019...my born day was yesterday, I didn't want to go out bc home cooked is the safest n best as of lately but okay it's my bday.So personally I feel that when it's more then 3ppl something's guaranteed to be wrong w/ someones food. We, my 3 boys husband n I, sat down at 635, ordered 2apps, mozzarella sticks n chips n salsa which came out within 10 min maybe n were the ONLY thing good@our experience. We ordered as soon as she brought the drinks back but didn't get our food until 750, my food was COLD, his steak wasn't cooked correctly the ribs looked like a chunk of meat, maybe boneless ribs is what their switching too without informing customers I dk, n my youngest food wasn't even put in by the waitress for the so called cooks to prepare!!! The manager offered a very generic apology like a pre text response a comment receives bc my son's order wasnt even placed she comped his meal n my husband's meal after we paid our bill of 53.50 n even still tipped the waitress was then told at 805( yeah I was timing, real petty ish that's totally avoidable) some rolls was coming, my son wanted rolls since his food was being boxed I really could've given zero #$#%$ @anything else from logans n had to wait AGAIN to get the rolls then a waiter brings another all American meal 🤔🤔..still waiting for rolls....finally come.840 WORST EXP EVER..We last went in Sept., inexperienced waitress but she handled herself good exp, but now we vow to NEVER visit again the worst exp ever I literally never leave a bad review I'd rather not leave it at all but this seems to unfortunately be the norm, unbeknownst to us, for this location n upper management maybe should look into shifting the atmosphere bc those aren't cooks that should be serving the public and management should be quadruplidly assuring cust their satisfaction is appreciated she definitely didnt do that, a comp without anything other than sorry is like hush hush money, its not solicited!! we wanted fresh cooked food within a reasonable time frame..

The server kept disappearing. We had to ask another to get our ticket. She was nice though.

Customer Service problems were handled very effectively. The manager came to the front desk and I explained the situation about my food orders to him. He took the food to the back and corrected the problems. He was very kind and polite and returned in a reasonable amount of time giving me a time frame as to how long it would take to prepare the food. He went as far as to give me a little extra food! I am really proud of him! Kudos to Logan’s one of my favorite TO GO restaurants. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
