McDonald's

My daughter and I just happened to be coming through Mississippi and stopped in Pearl River to get some gas. I don't typically go into McDonald's for food.
This McDonald's was clean, the service was good, and so was the food.
I may sound surprised because I am.
I am actually looking forward to coming back through Mississippi and stopping back at this mcdonald's.

I went to Macdonald and they dont put egg on anybof their non breakfast sandwiches the counter girl even aske the shift manager so i spent 10$ at subway theyvhad egg on their menu and placed 4 egg patties on my footblong best sammich ever

The cashier was very nice about replacing my food from the night before. They were hard and not fresh. So i went back to the store. She got the manager and they worked it out immediately.

Drive-thru @6:30am for an Ice Cream Cone that was absolutely fantastic!!!!!! Nothing like a complete balanced breakfast Ice Cream Cone!!!!!!!

Very courteous staff they attend well here. Didn't take lonf to take my order. Hot fresh coffee. ☺

The Caramel Frappè are so wonderful! Better than and cheaper than Starbucks.

Most McDonald's have an I don't care attitude. But this location has a great attitude. Clean. Happy to service you. BEST MCDONALD'S I HAVE BEEN TO IN A VERY LONG TIME

We hadn't been in a while but everyone was very friendly and the food was good as always.

We had a bad experience at one just the other week at the Livingstone exit . This McDonalds made up for it at the Tannehill exit 100. The drive thru person was very friendly and even the person giving us our order was very friendly. Thanks you so much

I do believe this is the worst McDonald's as far as service goes. It's hard to get anyone to take your order when there is even someone up front. I'm sure they care about getting there check on pay day but they sure don't care if anyone gets something to eat. A year later. I just stopped to try again to get something to eat and was very surprised at the service I got. Much better. Thank you very much for getting good people in place that care about the customer. Thanks again.

The food was good, bit the cashier we had tonight acted like she didn't want to be there.
They told her to clean the lobby 3 different times and she acted like she didn't want to do it.

Edited to add: I had to add another amazing employee and also speak on how kind the owner was when he reached out after my complaint on a employee rude statements.. he said he would handle said issue and I believe he has since the statements havent been made

I love being able to brag on food workers when they are amazing, I try not complaining cause I know the work with customers in the food server industry can be unpleasant, I will say not all customers are right in some situations. I will only make complaint when I feel I was showed very rude or poor service because I try being a kind customer that smiles back, and speak with respect and understand that places get busy and things do happen that can't be blamed on food workers. I wanna be the same type of customer that I would want when I was a server, I also believe if I'm doing the same I would do if I was working and a customer come in I'm give same respect regardless if I'm the customer or the employee..

Omg I love catching the times that one employee works she is absolutely amazing never fails when I go to order anything my order is always correct and even when I order my food is right but when I go for the mocha frappe's with added chocolate and Carmel drizzle extra I be excited seeing her there cause she makes it past perfect she does go over and beyond for her customers and wants to make sure their order is correct even when it requires special requirements she has it on point so if you go and page is there just know she is so great and will do her best making the experience pure amazing. I suggest asking if she is there if u want a special request cause if u tell her I promise she will go above and beyond trying to take care of your special requirements for orders..

omg I now have a second employee that is so sweet and very kind, her name is Nyia ..
when I see her or Paige working I know my order will be done correctly and I will get a welcoming smile and kind service.
when I tried ordering via app or restaurant she is also on point with making customers receive their orders as they wanted, tonight the app told me mocha frappe was unavailable take off order so we we went through the drive thru my fiance order my frappe, I received it here is where it's amazing she is another one that knows exactly how I love my frappe so when I say mocha frappe add Carmel drizzle it's done like I requested, she knows it's me I believe when that gets ordered. She is another amazing person she is very kind and professional always smiling when I see her. I wish all the employees would take a second and see how these 2 are very polite and showing true customer service these 2 amazing ladies are few but the food service industry needs more amazing ppl like these 2. I can say when I walk in seeing a smiling face and feeling welcome and cared about as a customer that makes my experience so amazing.

Multiple times I have to get many that fix my order even after they have done it many times some show frustration expressions, some made rude remarks but I have reached out on some employees and was contacted by the owner and he was very kind and understanding on my complaint and since he reached out I haven't had anyone make the statements that caused me to complain..

They do have some employees that are rude and many times I went in am for my frappe get one go back that afternoon they say machine is broken but i return the next morning and order a frappe never saying I they told me evening before it was broke when I order it and they make it after they make it I tell them those folks evening before was liars and horrible swearing machine was broke ect

I'm visiting Love's Service Center, because I am getting some new brakes put on my companys truck and I got hungry & decided to go inside and eat at McDonald's. I decided to eat a Big Mac, large fries and a strawberry milkshake. I normally only get chocolate, but unfortunately they were out of that flavor. Not a problem, it tasted just fine. I was disappointed tho, when the cashier told me that they no longer serve grilled chicken burritos, they just happened to be my favorite food to eat here, but what I did decide on was a good substitute. Overall experience was delightful, I also met a man who I ate with, he was glad to have someone to talk to for nearly 6 or more hours, so whether you're eating or meeting someone new come on in and eat with my friends, so what are you waiting for it's time to eat. Thanks

Stopped here on a long drive around 10 p.m. Candace was the associate who took absolutely great care of us while we were here! She is so friendly and just "goes that extra mile" for her customers. She has qualities that should be noted, if I owned a company, I would have hired her on the spot! She was awesome.

Service was a little behind. But we all understand you can't find people to work. Everyone needs help. Food was good, everything was hot. People were as friendly as they could be, considering they were busy. Thumbs up to the workers.

The employee that waited on me was exceptionally nice, professional, and patient. I was from out of town and she assisted me with everything I needed to know. They gave me a cup to get my own water and I could not find where to get my water from when actually the for the punch was where you have to get your water from. There was a trick to it LOL

The elder lady behind counter was great! Cute, kind, smile and attentive taking our order, food was great! Next to truck stop .....one stop do all and Micky D's
