Brown has been wonderful for us, and our client's homes! Customer service is top notch. Our technician Scott has taken very good care of us for awhile. Simply the best there is, hands down. We highly recommend Brown and Scott Williams. There service plans are awesome too.

Tim arrived early in our scheduled window and provided courteous and prompt service to get our kitchen sink unclogged. The woman who scheduled the appointment was also very friendly and helpful. Great job all around from this company! I highly recommend and will definitely do business with Brown again.

David is an amazing technician. He provides high quality service while also being thorough. Not only does he do his job at a high level, he also takes extra care to make sure to check surrounding work to warn me of any potential dangers. Just recently he gave my hot water heater a look and caught that it might need to be looked at. This saved me from a potential future disaster I would have had no idea was coming. He also makes sure to clean up and make it as though he was never there. I appreciate his kindness and wonderful service.

Tim was excellent! Very courteous and friendly; explained things very well; and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had water in our garage on a Friday night, and Tim had us up and running with a much better system, by mid afternoon Saturday…! He even improved the entire plumbing system in our house. A neighbor recommended Brown's because he has used them for years. I called them for an air duct cleaning quote to compare to another company. And while I couldn't afford that cleaning, the technician (David) was wonderful!! He did a cleaning and check of my furnace for the winter. He discovered that my system is MUCH older than I was told when I bought the house 2 yrs ago. But I appreciated how he showed me why and gave thorough explanation of everything... from the age, to the damage and the pricing for new system. I felt he was very honest and really did care about me as a customer. Never pushy and gave several options/suggestions! I loved the service so much that I signed up for the monthly "membership" to save money and have recurrent service throughout the year. I would highly recommend Brown's to my family and friends.

Scott was very courteous and thorough. He explained in detail numerous issues with my unit. We discussed several options and I never felt pressured to opt for more than I need at this time. He was very helpful with estimating costs of future service. I have heat for now and will use Brown in the future. The call I made to request service was also excellent.

Jeffery talked me through each step of the maintenance process as far as what he was checking and why. He always answered any questions that I had. He put covers on his shoes, and he insisted that I lead the way throughout my house. Great experience, Roll Tide!

Tim Burgett is extremely thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable! He goes above and beyond to improve your plumbing issues! He also helped identify all of the issues that the leaking water created and provided solutions for all of them! Beyond exceptional service, super impressed by his approach and confident that I will not have any of the water issues we have had in the past. I am really excited to finally have found someone I can rely on and trust! Can’t offer enough stars to reflect his expertise and skill!

The service was excellent!! They clean and completed the work in a reasonable time. They were very professional and explained what was needed to get the job done. I had to have an old cast metal drain pipe replaced with PVC behind my bathroom sink in a wall. The plumbers were great! I would highly recommend this company and I will use them again when needed in the future🙂.

I urge everyone reading this that is needing services this company offers to NOT HESTITATE AND CONTACT THEM NOW. YOU will not find a more honorable, knowledgeable, competent, professional, personable and respectful company as you will find with Brown Plumbing and their Manager/Owner of the plumbing division, Benji Dyson. Although a Cliche but still factual and effective is always treating your clients by employing the Golden Rule. My circumstance was an emergency, busted water pipe entering through my foundation. Benji quickly diagnosed the issue & after a short period of time it was resolved. With each point in the process they conducted themselves with utmost professionalism, provided me a quote for the services needed to be rendered...an amount that was shockingly fair...However, even more surprising than all of the above was the time taken and efforts made by Benji and crew to ensure I understood each step; from what had caused my emergency ...why it happened... even more surprising or actually shocking was learning Benji and crew had done more than what I had expected or paid for...They repaired and corrected a major problem they recognized would become a problem for me in the future...Even so, he had no obligation to stay or a need to mention anything to me and certainly not to do what he did...to know they demonstrated people of integrity, character and honor by repairing rerouting, installing new valves, levers, etc. and all without my knowledge and as surprising did so without mentioning or alluding to me paying more. They completed this work when they recognized the issue as they were packing their things to depart...although I had already paid they recognized the disaster in waiting... and chose to do something I would of said was highly unlikely for anyone to experience in our current society...Only when they had completed that repair did Benji call for me to inform me they were packed up and leaving...However, he did show me what they did as he pointed out issues with the pipes they replaced....he shared with me they had noticed more issues and went ahead and repaired all of that for me as well. They took the initiative to prevent a future catastrophic incident for a client by replacing, rerouting pipes & installing the latest up to date levers etc. Now I can access and easily turn water off from entering my home if an incident occurred elsewhere in the future. In closing, Brown Plumbing and Benji went above and beyond and did so when they could have packed up and left or could have presented to me in a theatrical manner followed by $$$ signs to repair...but none of that happened. Due to these things and from what I've heard from other clients that they simply approach each client with THE GOLDEN RULE in mind...Knowing this, I know I will not call on another company and I pray my words sway those who are not sure...I wouldn't take the time to post this if I wasn't sincere and impressed. For anyone reading this...DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY considering others...you will not find better than Benji and Browns Plumbing. I hope, & pray everyone in need for services his company offers will reach out and learn that honesty, integrity and decency is not yet extinct nor has it been completely eradicated as of yet...and that's a wonderful thing.

Excellent, trustworthy Technician. Brandon walked me through the repairs he had to make and showed me options available for replacement when my unit goes out. Had a great experience with Scott! I put in for a service appointment at 3 A.M to get my heat fixed and they were at the house by 8:30! Luckily it was a simple fix but he got me up and running again and the Shield Protection plan is awesome! I will only use them in the future and I will make sure to ask for Scott every time! Great Company!

I've experienced service from a few techs. Each time, they interacted with the highest integrity and transparency. They were all very kind and genuine people. It's been the best company to work with. Even the folks on the phone in the office will leave a smile in your face and make sure you are taken care of.

Tim could’ve not possibly been nicer. I am so impressed with his professionalism, and craftsmanship. This will be the only company I use for any of my plumbing needs or needs of any kind of the sort. I highly recommend this company and if you get Tim , consider yourself blessed.

The technician did not have much that he had to do, but he took the time to talk to me and give me some extra added knowledge about my water heater and I really appreciated that. He was early and very nice and that goes a long way with me.

The water main cracked at our business and what should have been a stressful ordeal leaving several employees without running water, was handled quickly and professionally by Brown. Tim responded same day and was set up to work first thing the next morning and worked all day through the pouring-down rain. He was so compassionate and patient with us and finished before the quoted time frame. The entire process, from initial phone call to the final invoice, was easy and pleasant. Tim was icing on the cake.
