The service individual was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got the job done in a timely manner and appeared eager to please this customer. Have been with Banks and Quarles for a number of years and have never been disappointed in the service they provide. Thank you for your outstanding company.

The service was great! I had a more permanent line ran to my ice make so I would have the peace of mind that it wouldn’t leak or deteriorate. Nick was amazing and explained the membership program…A must have! After hours dispatch, no dispatch fee, HVAC/Plumbing/electrical inspection once a year! We just bought our home so this is a huge peace of mind knowing we have a professional team to rely on if anything goes wrong! While Nick was here he did the plumbing inspection right then(included in membership), found a couple minor things but told me over all the remodel did a good job.
I’m not a paid actor, just extremely pleased with everything. Oh I forgot the office called me to tell me Nick was on his way and sent an alert with picture of Nick and a link to track his arrival. I really can’t say enough good things!

I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and attempted to do it myself. After an unsuccessful attempt, and water everywhere, I called an expert 😆. They sent someone out first thing the next day who was very professional and fixed my faucet. Will definitely use again and recommend. Nick was the BEST!

I think he is a wonderful guy. Great work ethics, patient, approachable, listen well, innovative and is willing to preform any task that's both professional and beneficial to the customer and the company. It was said that it was his last day. Hate to have miss the opportunity to be service by him again. WAY TO GO WILL! You truly will be missed. Mr& Mrs. Miles.

Adam was very pro and proper. Took time to explain the ion connection to help with my allergies. Different cost between monthly member and not. Very satisfied.

We were once, long time customers with Banks Quarles, prior to relocating to Jefferson county. It was nice to know that the service we had grown to know and love was available in our area (Aux). However, we need them this summer but they were booked out, and we need an immediate service, so we went with another company, regretfully. David came to our home to complete complementary checkup. He was so nice, precessional, and very knowledgeable. Unbeknownst to him, He even informed me on some things, that need to be done, even though the previous company stated they’ve had already completed (and we were charged for them). He provided pictures of work needed and after the work was completed. He also explain my system build to me and how the components work to keep the air cooling and heat heating. It was then I discovered that the previous company attempted to add an additional safety switch to my unit, claiming I didn’t have omen.Again, David was not aware of any dealings with the company I had paid for a service agreement with. It was that day, I requested a refund from the previous HVAC company and renewed a new SA with Aux.

Nick, the technician who came by, was affable, prompt, and professional. It turned out the problem wasn’t difficult to solve, and he straightened it out in a few minutes. Of course, part of all such visits, from almost any vendor, includes an upsell. Nick made the pitch well but didn’t make me feel pressured. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Nick assessed the slow drain in the master bedroom bathroom and provided excellent and timely work. He even replaced the bathroom mats and no mess was left. I would recommend him as well as Aux.

Stellar customer service overall and an even more amazing technician! The issue was throughly explained, I was presented with several options to troubleshoot, and the problem was fixed on the spot. As a new customer, they were prompt in getting me scheduled and sending a technician to my home in less than 24 hours. 10/10! Major shoutout to Brooke & David for all their help along the way.

My electricity went out while having my hvac replaced. Technician, Christian got service scheduled, immediately. Technician, Tyler, was punctual, pleasant and considerate. He put booties on, before entering my home. That gesture lacks with a lot of professionals, in this service industry. That action was appreciated more than he probably realized.

Outside of fixing the issue, the company’s overall professionalism, cost, will have me using them again!

Nick with Aux plumbing did a great job on fixing a serious issue with our aging kitchen drain pipes. Nick was on time and very professional and attentive to correcting our problem. He was careful to not make a mess and cleaned up when he finished. I would highly recommend using Nick and Aux plumbing to anyone that is in need of a good plumber.
