My experience was very good. The dental hygienist was very sweet. She did a thorough job cleaning and polishing my teeth. She took extra care to make sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The dentist was nice and pleasant. She double checked problem spots I've had in the past and reassured me that everything looked good.

Great caring group of professionals. And the whole environment makes you feel like you’re at home. So relaxing…

Dr. Amanda and her Dental Assistance Hannah are absolutely GREAT!! I will change my primary dentist to her. It is worth the 35 miles, when I could go 2 miles. I think that speaks for itself. Great experience for someone that has been terrified of a dentist as long as I can remember! I am 54.

This was my first visit and everything went great! The atmosphere is nice and everyone seems happy to be there. I'm excited to have a dental office with me technology like this close to home.

Dr. Maley and Kiera are the best! Very personable and professional. I feel like they are more of my new friends than dentist staff. They have been great at accommodating my urgent visits. All around great experience!

I have been a patient with Luma Dentistry for years. The McCalla location is great, the office is beautiful and clean, and the employees are helpful.

I appreciate the proactive, yet conservative, approach they take towards treatment and dental procedures. I recently had two crowns completed, and have experienced some problems with one of them. Dr Sawyer and Karissa have been responsive when emergency treatment is needed, and they both have been caring throughout the process.

I had not visited a dentist in a very long time so I was super nervous when I ended up with a really bad toothache, I was beyond miserable. I found Luma for a same day appointment today and I had such a great experience. The staff is super sweet and they talk you through everything, especially the best options for you finically, they explained everything that I would be charged for based on which route I would take for care. I was worried about ending up in a clinic with hidden charges but that was the opposite case here. They explained each and every charge and even saved me a lot of money.
I had major anxiety about going but once I was there, it was a breeze and I calmed down quickly. They preformed a root canal and it was totally painless and quick and it gave me the exact relief I needed. Great communication from staff, professional and I know I did not feel any type of judgment from them. Returning in Oct for a crown and will continue my care from here on out with Luma. Wonderful place!!

The staff was really nice. And the dentist that did the cleaning on my teeth took her time, communicated what she was doing, very friendly. All around 10 out of 10.

I have been using this practice for a few years now, and I have always received exceptional service. I have the BEST hygienist, Whitney. She is always so kind and professional; I really don’t dread my dental appointments anymore. I would highly recommend the dentists here.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Luma Dentistry! The staff will try their best to fit you in, I had an emergency appointment and I was in so much pain! but Dr. Vincent, Dr. Sawyer, Gabi, Makayla, and Kenan all worked together with AMAZING TEAM WORK and made me feel so comfortable with getting a root canal the way they explained the entire process was great! I was terrified at first but they made me feel so relaxed, they really took care of me. I wish I could give wayyy more than 5 stars! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have braces so I believe (not a hygienist) it’s harder to clean teeth with braces. The young lady that cleaned my teeth did an amazing job. She completed me on what I was doing well at home and made sure to brag to the doctor. She set clear expectations about following up after my braces are removed next month and my gosh I felt valued and not just like another consumer that came in for a cleaning. I’d recommend Luma to anybody as a African American we often don’t get the same treatment t but that’s not the case for Luma everyone I come in contact with are knowledgeable and willing to help. I’m greeted authentically when I arrived and thanked for my business. Luma recognizes that customer services is important. Way to go Luma keep providing exceptional service in OUR community.

The young lady (Andy) that cleans my teeth is such a joy so personable. She actually made my day. Service isn’t the same these days but I can’t say the same for Luma and the staff. I love them and I enjoy every single visit. I have braces and a cleaning is always hard she tools her time with my teeth flossing and cleaning them thoroughly. She commended me for what I was doing well and gracefully gave me input on what I could do better. They are so lucky to have her on their team.
