Been going along time absolutely perfect ..had major problems before and they fixed everything

My friend has had terrible customer services, she payed $300 to review her taxes due a discrepancy and they won’t answer her calls. Excuses for not returning her calls . Sounds like they don’t care about Their customers. Way over charging for reviewing taxes already done! Choose wisely people

(3) Six individuals who are tax preparers pursuant to Section 22255 and are appointed through a process established by the council to the board of directors with full voting privileges to serve terms as determined by the council, with their initial terms being served on a staggered basis. A person exempt from the requirements of this chapter pursuant to Section 22258 is not eligible for appointment to the council, other than an employee of an individual in an exempt category.

Do not go here! I worked with someone who does not even work out of the office but in Quincy IL. Makes it very convenient for them to stop taking your calls and always “be in a meeting “. $300 dollars paid to them with absolutely no results!! 0 stars!
