This place is amazing. They have great products. They staff we try to make your day great.They have name brands like Calphalon, Columbia,and Michael Kors. There private brands are just as good as the name brand in the clothing products, but not in cookware. We bought $800 dollars worth of clothes on sell for $350. I have so many memories here. I hope this place is never shutdown.

Amazing staff! The store is so clean and well kept; everything I needed was easy to find and even if it weren’t easy to find the staff were on top of everything and ready to help.

Love the sales. If you need to exchange an item they are great about it. Quality items and sales make a price you can't return down. Sales are awesome if you have a one of their cards. They offer different choices of cards. One is a MasterCard that you can not only use their but anywhere else.

I was very impressed with this Belks. Clean,organized, plenty of merchandise relevant to all ages. Staff was excellent. It is good to have this store thriving in a mall that is a shell of it's former self. Belks is a driving force for the new businesses coming to the mall. Also, a great sale is going on!!!! 50 pct of lots and lots of items!

I love Belk. It's one of my favorite stores. They have top quality clothes, perfumes, cosmetics, skin care, home decor, I could go on and on. And they always, always, always have great deals every single day.

Phyllis is the best salesperson! She went above and beyond to help me shop for my son's back to school clothes. I have difficulty walking around for long periods of time due to a physical problem. She cleared a place for me to sit to take a breather then continued to help my son find what he needed. God Bless this sweet soul for her understanding and kindness. If you're in Belk ask for Phyllis she's great!

Love this store , they always have the cologne I like to use an much more to choose from. It's truly a great place to do your shopping for almost anything you could need at your home, or clothes . I would much rather shop at Belk any day lol. Plus I love the Belk department for kids.

Make up lady was kinda rude. But it was early and they had just opened, I was her first customer and maybe she had some things going on in her life that was bothering her so I let it go... Store is always clean. Belks online pick up order did mess up and leave the alarm attachment on 1 of my items.

Today was the best visit to Belk, the associate that was working was more than pleasant. Great attitude, friendly, helpful just a great personality all around super great. I have looked at the receipt for her name, unsuccessfully however I did find an associates # 008745.

They have great sales and if they don't have your size you can order it. Had to order a pair of shoes and received them in just a few days. Salesforce is always friendly and helpful and will take time with you.

While the Jasper Mall may have seen better days - Belk is still holding strong like a proper department store. The clothes and merchandise was what you would expect for a Belk - but they were well stocked, full range of sizes available, good sales, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and prompt. They do a good job - and they are definitely a step above what you can get at a Walmart.

Belk in Jasper has the best sales! They were getting rid of their winter and fall clothes. I spent less than $200. On $1800.00 worth of clothes! I remember wanting a few of the items earlier in the year, but I didn't have the cash to spare. It never hurts to drop in and see what's on sale!

I've been shopping at this Belk's location for a long time. They've always got good sales going on. Many times they're cheaper than some of the so called discount or closeout stores and they're of higher quality.

When I need to buy sheets or linens, kitchen ware or other miscellaneous home items. I go to Belks. Good customer service, reasonable prices and a good selection.

I know shopping online is great for some, but there is always a delay because of Christmas season, COVID, etc...Always something. There's something about walking into a mall, actually conversing with a live human being and buying the things you need now. Not waiting and looking into your crystal ball to see if UPS and FEDEX MIGHT deliver your product.

I hope Belk's never closes. It's a classy store and I love it.

This happened at the the Jasper, Al store . Usually you can get you want and they check you out quickly. But not that day . I still enjoyed shopping at Belk's. Slow lane and all.Has huge sales right-entire store. Checking out lines were extremely slow. Had 1 person doing all the checking out. She was doing the best job as she could. Line moved very slow. Love Belk's.
