A lot of history in this town

Called about a water meter leak issue, they sent someone out to diagnose the issue and instead of fixing it or contacting me about the problem they just turned off our water. Now my wife nor myself can shower, give our plants and pets water or use the restroom in our own home. I'd rather not have to use the restroom in my toilet without flushing or go a full day without showering in my own home.

I was charged $50.00 for a reconnect fee for water that hadn't been disconnected. And all they could tell me is that I was charged a reconnect fee because the guys had already left the office but they left at 7:00 AM to do the disconnects but the office doesnt open until 8:00A.M. She told me we have a drop box. No the last time I used the drop box my payment went missing so no I dont use the drop box. But the Town Of Napier Fied is ripping ppl off.🤬🤬🤬🤬
