Had different varieties of the furniture that I needed also could show me different color varieties of the same furniture my salesperson Elizabeth was very helpful and I look forward to doing business with them again. However, my furniture is not been delivered yet and I may come back to this if there's any problem but so far everything's great

Natalia gave 150%, did meet and greet, asked what we were interested in, showed the products. Gave a very satisfying, how to use, warranty, financial options available and how to care for the product.
Natalia has the best knowledge of the product and definitely knows how to sell Ashley products by better informing the customer of options and also suggestions on any product that would be about the same if unavailable or time constraints were an issue.

Natalia greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in. She was dressed so professional and the atmosphere of the store made u feel welcoming. She took the time to ask us exactly what we wanted gave us time to explain and took us to the best couch we fell in love with. She didn’t over hassle or try to give us something we didn’t need or want. We liked the couch so much we ended up buying a loveseat to match. Also the protection plan when it was explained I thought who wouldn’t have this? It was great I had no worries and they are even I got them to deliver it to my house. Just came in from overseas in desperate need of an entire households worth of furniture and accessories. The staff there were super patient and willing to spend the time needed to get my family squared away. They took careful consideration for our needs and spent a great deal of time getting everything right. Fantastic job by Elizabeth, rockstar sales associate and her manager Grady. Highly recommend anyone bring their business out this way even if this isn’t the closest showroom available to them. 10/10 would head this way for their business again.
