I have stored some of my late mothers possessions here for the past 10 years. Her items were safe and well kept for the duration of our rental. We have interacted with the office staff for more than a decade and have nothing but great feedback. Living 1200 miles away, the peace of mind knowing that my mothers items were secure was priceless. Thank you for providing great service to my family for such a long period of time.

Not the best experience I've had renting. The property is often dirty and cluttered, and the management has very little concern for anything other than taking your money. There are other businesses in the area that do a much better job. I have recently moved out to a facility down the road, and I am much happier there. This place is a crap shoot. These statements are my opinion, and only an opinion.

Wasn’t happy at all with new owners! Beware the new owners are nothing like the management before and will keep your stuff and change locks for 1 day late with extensive late fees! Beware!

New management took over... now a houseful of furniture, home goods, books, electronics, appliances, collectibles, clothing, linens, sports equipment, tools, art (and supplies), outdoor gear and 3 lifetimes of FAMILY HISTORY is gone. No notice of any kind since last March and completely unresponsive to voice-mails or email. This reeks of a scam.
I'm disgusted and heartbroken.
