Bob and Terry are extremely knowledgeable and truly masters of their craft. They came by on a short notice to investigate our nuisance tripping. They checked for major wiring issues and didn't find any problems. They then left us with a few fantastic suggestions and a great deal of information. Horton Electrical Service technician and his crew are great. They provided really good pricing for a panel upgrade and two plug connections to our kitchen. Prior to this, we had an electrical contractor that quoted the same price but without getting it permitted. We feel like Horton Electrical Service is fair and trustworthy. An electrician from Horton Electrical Service was assigned to fix an issue we've been dragging because of the pandemic. Not only he was efficient and did a fantastic job, but at all times he had a heavy duty mask, gloves and protective boot covers on. Our master bedroom circuit was not working. Waited several weeks for another electrician to make his way to our house, and I finally gave up waiting. I called Horton Electrical Service a little after 8 AM, and they had a technician at our house by 9:15 AM! He troubleshooted the problem, and found that a ceiling fan in the adjacent loft area was the problem- tripping the arc fault breaker. Will definitely call them again for future projects/issues that I cannot solve.

I have been extremely pleased each time. The technicians are also professional and friendly. They wear shoe covers which is much appreciated and put down their own door mat before entering your house. They do excellent work and explain what they are doing in easy to understand language. I will continue to use this company for any future electric needs.
