The Home Depot

Curt was amazing! He helped me pick out double French doors and was extremely patient with me. He worked with me for over an hour to ensure the doors were perfect for what I needed. He went above and beyond! Coming to Home Depot can be stressful for someone that does not typically do home renovations, but Curt took all of the stress away and sat down with me to answer all of my questions. I’m so appreciate of the help and he has such a warm spirit! Thank you so so so much!

I can not believe the customer service I received from this Home Depot!! I really wish I would have remembered her name, she went waaaay beyond to help me and I really her hard work. I did say something to the manager when I was leaving.

My check engine light came on so I went to see if I could get a diagnostic test done. The store manager was the one assisting me and he was very helpful.

I must say this, Carlos in flooring and tile, and Matt at customer service were wonderful to deal with.

This is not my normal location I shop at, but they had items needed for a project , and I had to drive 50 minutes from the Shorewood location, as my local store was out of stock of items needed.

Matt was so nice and he greeted me as soon as I walked in. He also would greet anyone who walked through the doors as well. Such a nice person and very pleasant to deal with.

I went to see Carlos in tile and flooring and he was also very courteous and asked me what I needed. He offered to load my car with 11 boxes of tile without me having to ask for help. He and another associate, I forget his name, sorry, took the time to load my car properly and safely.

I can't say enough about how these associates went out of there way to help me today. I wish the people at my home store had the work ethic these 3 gentleman have. Thank you Carlos, Matt , and unknown associate.

Super impressed with the phenomenal friendly helpful service I received at this Home Depot.All of the employees I encountered were so friendly and helpful.Purchased my Christmas tree, they trimmed it, wrapped it up and help me tie it to my car! I have a robi edge trimmer and they sell the plastic heads 8 in a pack for $8.69 and i bought a bronze door knob for my daughter bedroom. I never have a problem finding items in this location and the store is neat and clean.

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the young man EJ who was working in the garden center today (6/3/23) and helped us out by offering to help load our vehicle. We didn't ask, he just offered and really helped speed up the process because we had a bunch of stepping stones and bags of paver base.

They had just what I wanted delivery was kind of slow. But overall very satisfied.

Karita was very helpful and she has a true customer service heart. She was the Team leader when I was there 05/31/22 @ 3p. She called for assistance for me on the store monitor @ 4 times. Then I asked her to call the store manager, but she said I will find a ladder and get it for you from the upper racks. She made it a nice visit for a senior citizen like me.

went here for gutters and found the perfect one. plus it was on sale

All of the employers were so friendly , so willing to guide me to the right direction when I was intimated by the size of the store. The best part of my visit was the tall man in the paint section. He greeted me with a smile, despite the fact that I didn’t have an idea on a color or brand. He was extremely patient with me. I was having the worst day with my contractor and I left with a smile, feeling grateful and content about my purchase. Great service!

I went there to get the of rest of my order Mrs. Lopez took very good care of me. My contractor realized that we didn't have all the pieces to the order. Not a problem she looked it up their it was we didn't have a problem she went and a little Trainor and the rest of the order we all loaded and checked out. Thanks Home Depot!

The new flow of directions in the store was good. I had to wait outside in line for a few minutes. Had on mask and gloves, some still don't have on mask/gloves but were not denied entrance. The paper towel and toilet paper stock was low. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Although it took a long time for me to get the product I needed the assistant manager came over and helped me himself. He didn't do a pass off. Got to give him a five for taking ownership of the situation.

Love me some Home Depot. I recommend them to people all the time. Great place for Women to shop and build their dream house, they have all the equipments you need, power tools, drills, nails, drywall,

Good parking, recently they're stocking excellent garden and decorative plants. Fast checkout with safety spacing and cleaning constantly. Always fully stocked, with extensive variety of tool designs. Contractors seem to be their focus, but employees do not"talk down" to the civilian.

At this location the sales associate Mrs. Faye was amazing. Not only was the advice given exceptional, she gave printouts, recommendations and adequate delivery instructions. I cant wait until I can make this purchase and hats off to the home depot team for her presence..

Unbeknownst to me as a passenger, we were going to be stopping at the Home Depot in Cal City Illinois. Went in and followed the person that was driving... Ended up in the refrigerator section and he was looking for a side-by-side refrigerator... There was not anyone in the appliance area except for a guy who was stacking or maintaining supplies on a very tall ladder. However, when I asked how we can get help in the area, he politely said that he could call for someone to come to the area. No sooner did he make the call, someone showed up immediately. We got help so fast it was amazing! After he assisted us and we were able to get the help that we needed, a woman showed up and she was assisting other customers. We needed further assistance and the guy that I was with, was looking for that female to assist him. Just like that, she appeared and she assisted us and we got all the information that we needed in that store. Wonderful experience!
