I feel like the balance of products he has provided is just right - I don’t feel oversold, but rather very well-served to provide us with just what we need. The personalized touch is what really matters to me, and Justin and team deliver!

I have used Justin as my agent for approximately 20 years. He is genuine, trustworthy, communicative and responsive. His office staff is the same. Quick execution and responsiveness on anything I need. It feels good to have someone like Justin having my back when it comes to holding my insurance policies.

I’ve worked with Justin for nearly 20 years. He has always been there with sound financial advice and just the right insurance recommendations. He and his team have been responsive and knowledgeable in every situation where their expertise was needed.

Well I was in dire need of dropping my current provider. Justin's office is literally a block away. I walked in and sat down. Didn't have to really think of anything. Justin took great care of me. After ten minutes my truck was insured with twice the coverage and for less money than my previous provider. On top of that I now have an insurance guy that I can call or drop by and see anytime and that counts for a lot. Haven't had that in twenty years and I like it. Couldn't be happier. Justin has been my agent for over 20 years. He and his staff have seen me through a few accidents of my own, as well as being a mentor to my teenage children as each of them got their drivers' licenses. I was so hesitant to change insurance agents after being with my previous insurance provider for over 10 years. I did have a relationship with that other company. I met Justin and I just liked him. I asked him to just give me a bid on insurance. I was still hesitant to change because of my other relationship. I called the other guy up and explained that I was going to try another company for a bit. Well... I have loved working with Justin even better than my other great guy. Justin is so responsive to calls and emails. Justin will reply in 30 seconds and even on nights and weekends. I recently filed my first claim and Justin asked me how things were going. When I told him I thought one more thing could be added to "make me whole" he said he would call and see what he could do. He went to bat for me and it got resolved. My truck looks great now and I have an increased appreciation for my truck. What I would like to let anyone know is that when you hire Justin you will be making a great friend and knowledgeable resource. I'm convinced that no one in the insurance world is as responsive and professional as Justin. I consider it one of the good business decisions I have made, switching to Justin. I tell all my friends about him and I highly recommend using him as your agent. I hope this was helpful.
