Salinas Restaurant and Pizza

Great food they make everything fresh and the chicken francese with a side of spinach is amazing paired with a glass of Cabernet you can’t go wrong and such nice people I’m so glad it’s right down the road!

We heard they were under new ownership so we weren't sure how it would be but we visited today and the new owner is fantastic! They were so accommodating for 8 of us, putting tables together quickly outside. The service was phenomenal, every little thing we needed they catered to. The food is still the best! Their pizza is amazing, great burgers, super fresh salads & vegetables - everything was excellent. Our food came out very quickly and the waitstaff was very attentive. The owner was so sweet, making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Cannot say enough good things about it! Prices are super reasonable still! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you, Alfredo's, for a fantastic visit!

Best pizza in this area! Wait staff is always great. Excellent food, service & reasonable prices make it a great place to visit! Def recommend if ur in the area, looking for good pizza...they have a wide variety of Italian food on their menu, which I haven't tried but I'm sure is great also because their pizza is so good! It will become your new favorite pizza place!

The food at Salinas is always great! They have wonderful Pizza and my favorite meal is the Chicken francaise which is always excellent and the owners are always friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great pizza, good Italian dishes (antipasto, yum!). We've eaten in and taken out and always had good experiences. If you order a Sicilian style pie just expect it to take an extra 15 minutes or so as they take longer to cook but are so worth it!

Pleasantly surprised. Late one evening my boyfriend and I ordered takeout from here having recently moved nearby and found for the price we'd give it a shot. We ordered chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan dinners. Both came with a decent sized house salad and a large side of pasta. The portions were so big we got 2 and a half meals out of it. Their house sauce was so good! It was smooth and not bland but not overly done. I can't wait to order more soon. This may just be our new takeout fave, may have to dine in too to try it out.

This is the closest spot near me and it's pretty good. They make my favorite. Penne ala vodka pizza with grilled chicken. To die for. Love everyone there. The only thing is I do not like their regular sauce. Very different taste than an Italian marina.

Just had a white Sicilian pizza. Delicious! Would highly recommend trying. Crust was excellent and pizza was perfectly cooked.

these guys really came through for my group. disclaimer what they did for us is not a normal part of there service. we had been on the Appallachian trail for a bit. we arrived beat up and tired at wiley shelter. we were really really in the mood for pizza. these angels sent a young gentleman to the middle of a road intersecting the trail. we got an amazing papperoni pizza with garlic bread and french fries and orange soda. it was the best and really raised our morale big time. thank you guys your the best.

We moved up here from the Bronx NYC about 4 years ago. Alfredo's has become our "true" Italian food get away. With food taste and quality that would rival any restaurant on Arthur ave! Absolutely by far the best real home Italian restaurant within 100 miles. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting with incredibly kind and courteous staff. The person who wrote the last review of Alfredo's having tasteless food obviously has no idea what true authentic Italian food should taste like. If you know true Italian food you will not be disappointed.

It is one of my most memorable places. Good food and good wine after a great hike nearby. Girlfriend caught me checking out her behind as she headed to bathroom. We like to revisit that day with loving laughter. Good memories!

I have come here for over 20 years..... and I can't imagine not having Alfredo's as an option while in the New Milford area. The food has remained stellar.... best eggplant Parmesan in the universe - hands down. And hopefully you're lucky to come on a cream puff night....

Nice small place to go-to hang out, have a few drinks & wings, especially on Tuesday wing night, love when Tuesday comes around, nice cheap wings. All and all this place is great to hang out with friends or co-workers & just relax 5/5

I got a Margarita pizza, and it was really good! I liked how it used a different cheese, and how the toppings were under the cheese! It made the pizza seem different.

If you remember the tv show Cheers than you'll love the bar in this restaurant. Everything else is a bonus. the food is great, the pizza is out of this world and the service is the best I've ever seen!

we love the food and though the place doesn't look like much from the outside the food is great, the ingredients are of quality and the place is run by a family who take care of their customers. I give it 5 stars in the category of basic, family restaurants.
