I’ve used Kevin at farm bureau for several years now and he’s the best! He’s not only super knowledgeable and can help you get the coverages that are best for your needs, but he’s also a very genuine guy. He’s easy to get in contact with if you have questions and I’ve found their coverages and pricing beat their competitors. I had an incident where our bathroom leaked and caused a lot of water damage. He helped us make the switch from our previous carrier as straightforward and painless as we could have hoped for. He is super personable and accommodating—not the typical salesman type. As for the coverage itself, fortunately I haven't had to file a claim thus far. One of the major reasons why we chose Farm Bureau in the first place was based on the reputation I garnered from other's (both individuals and businesses) of who have had first-hand experience with their claims department. If the day comes when I need to file a claim "knock on wood", I will update this review to reflect my experience.

When looking for a new insurance company and agent we were looking for someone who would actually sit down and go through all the best options for our home, lifestyle and our age. We have had many throughout the years that basically quote over the phone or truly don't spend time when meeting going through the best options for us under current conditions.
I hate to admit it but we thought that was the norm until we started working with Kevin Bell at the Farm Bureau. He came in extremely prepared and spent as long as needed to go through all options with us.
This is the first time we have felt 100% comfortable with our coverage. It's a comforting feeling versus wondering, as we have with so many other agents.
