The BAM bookstore was right beside Macy's. First time coming to this bookstore and there's a bunch of stuff beside books. But why put pricing stickers on the funko pops? It might tear the box! I was tempted to buy some things if I wasn't flying home 😞. Check this place out if you haven't.

Actually pretty good for a bookstore in a mall. Special deals going on for the holidays so my book was marked down. If you're into collectibles and manga they have a great selection. Lots of cute fun gifts as well. Will definitely return!

Great bookstore. Comparable prices..not sure if they price match. They had lots of fun extra goodies, trinkets and gifts. Lots of selection and tons of books. I will be returning!

Very clean, aestheticly pleasing. Something about the smell of a bookstore, it's always nice. The employees were very helpful, and I can tell that management has put a lot of work into remodeling the store, and getting some nice new inventory. Has much more than just books; lots of collectible items, figures, toys, Funko, Star Wars themed collectibles, Harry Potter collectibles, and a ton more. And a nice selection of Manga/Anime as well. I hadn't been here in a while because I moved for a year. I found exactly what I was looking for. Or the employee found it, I should say 🤔

Amazing customer service from Megan and Tara. I was looking for specific book, I walked around inside the store and can’t find it, see a lady with books oh her so I asked and she said , “ I’ll be happy to help, please follow me at front” ...
To make it short...
She goes straight to the computer , ask someone specific question to another lady name Tara.
Then Megan keep searching , then she found the answer . She told me all detailed informations.. I was so happy with a wonderful customer service I received from both of them. Looking for a book. This particular book store have large selections in regards books plus you will get amazing customer service,.. BIG PLUS! Check it out, They are located at Fox Valley Mall in Aurora, IL.

This is a great store for all ages if you love books and vintage toys and games. My children and I enjoy this store. They always leave with a few books and a small toy. They have reasonable prices and the staff is always friendly.

my book came with a defect and the manager was really nice and helpful and let me swap it out 😊😊😊

Remember Borders? Fun. Gadgets Neat stuff. Novelties. Books. That's this place. Great vibe no matter what age. I take my 11, 18 and 22 year old and we all love it

I take my kids here and they love it, so do I. I grew up with Borders and Barnes and Nobels in malls. I miss those stores and loved sharing the book shopping experience with my 2 youngest. So many great books, the employees are amazing and so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping here!

One of our best bookstores. We make sure to stop by every time we visit FoxValley Mall. The employees are always happy to help you find the books you want.

Not as big as Barnes and Noble but they did have books I can't find there so that's a definite plus

Very good selection of books, a nice environment to browse, and a good selection of things line Role-playing books and Manga for a mainstream store. Lots of collectables, and well organized. A fun store to browse. I'm surprised by the variety of their selection as well as how they include items I'm not used to finding at bookstores in prominent sections. Prices are competitive as well. Great place to bring a kid and find something to read.

They have some very creative gifts and at a competitive price. I looked up a few things online before buying and they had the lowest price in their store, though not everything. Still, if you're looking for a fun, creative gift at a reasonable price, this is the perfect place to go.

Best book store in the Fox Valley Mall! Of course, it's the ONLY book store in the mall, but hey...

Seriously, BAM has a good selection of books and magazines, and a decent selection of novelties & gifts as well.

Their staff has always been helpful and courteous and when they don't have what I'm looking for on hand they are quick to look up in their computer system to let me know if they have the offering at another location or if it's available online.

BAM is one of my favorite stops when I'm at the mall.

You can find almost any topic you are interested in. Very large store that carries many different books, magazines and other items. Very helpful staff.

The manga section is HUGE. I was astounded by the sheer size of it. There is still a great variety of fiction, nonfiction, mystery, fantasy, and other genres of books around -- other than the manga. There are also collectibles and merch of sorts. Splendid place that has almost every book I'd ever want.

I had never been to this place before my decent trip, where I was in search of a Christmas gift. They have a TON of different things, very much like a Barnes and Nobel. They've got a large assortment of books, any kind you may want, as well as toys, games, puzzles, and much more. If you're looking for ideas to help pass time for a few evenings, you'll definitely find something here that'll help.
