When I moved here a friend of mine recommended to go here for cleaning service. It has been many years and they have not disappointed me. They are friendly and reliable. Never had issues with any services I requested.

They altered a dress for me for my sisters wedding. It was way to big and the skirt was flat it just laid weird and on the spot she pulled out crinoline from under the counter to make the skirt full. Not only was it a perfect fit it was affordable too. One tailor wanted me to pay $400 in alterations. She made me feel so beautiful that day because of her work on that dress. My family has been going here for years and will continue for all my days in Naperville.

The level of detail in cleaning my peacoat without sacrificing the coat's color and material is the best I've seen. Other cleaners that I handed off my coat to in the past do not compare to the professionalism that is practiced at 75th Street Cleaners.

Been going here for quite some time but the service definitely dwindled. The shirt stains around the neck was not attended to very well despite having brought it up to the owner’s attention a few times. The breaking point was when there were stains on the shirt and they refused owning up to it or even offering to clean it.
