I have been coming to Regina cleaners for 10+ years for dry cleaning (including my designer clothes) and the husband and wife team are amazing - the quality, honesty and care they put into their work is amazing. Anne also handles my alterations at a very reasonable price.

Been coming here for 8+ years. Great quality dry cleaning and the alterations are top notch too. The service is always fast and friendly and the owners are genuinely honest and caring.

Fast, never had a problem. Parking lot is inconvenient though

Regina Cleaners absolutely destroyed two beautiful custom rugs and refused to refund the fee, let alone replace rugs. I dropped them off for cleaning, and they were returned dirty and with unraveled edges when I picked them up 2 weeks later. I brought them back the next day to Regina Cleaners to assist with the issue and was told they would be sent back out for cleaning again. I said the rugs should not be cleaned until the damage was fixed because they could unravel further. The woman at the counter told me she would have the cleaners call me prior to cleaning to discuss the damage. No one called. I came back in a week later and was told the rugs would be delivered in a few days and I explained that I was awaiting the call regarding the unraveling. He told me to come back Friday. I just went back and opened my rugs at the counter, and quickly saw they are ruined beyond repair. The woman at the desk would not help whatsoever and continued to state there was nothing she could do. I explained that I brought them back and asked for them not to be cleaned but repaired, and that she should have done what she said she would. I am upset about the rugs and the lack of any type of customer service. Take your business elsewhere...its not worth the damage, time and headache to give business to people that don't care at all.
