Minervas Restaurant - Sioux Falls

Always amazing at Minerva’s! The culture is ingrained in staff. We came for the burger battle and I was amazed at how delicious it was! Our waitress brought out our burger and explained the process of suggested eating style. Who knew ice cream on a burger would be so amazing! Everything in this meal complimented everything else. WOW!
Staff were amazing! My water was kept full all meal long - great job! We had a very enjoyable time!

Service was decent. Food choice is a bit limited, but taste was amazing, and it could improve on presentation. Basic flavors, but well put together. I recommend Minerva's for a nice date night or corporate meeting with dining.
One offputting experience is the staff that are constantly waiting to pick up plates from the table, as I saw them lingering around frequently and came to my table more than my actual server. Front of house/hosts/hostess needs a bit of organization, seemed a bit hectic/unwelcoming even with 3 staff to assist, but one was on the phone, and the other two seemed a bit green in regards to flow of seating and seating system. The price for the food was appropriate, as that was the highlight. I ordered Mussels, Ribeye w/sweet potato FF, Coconut Curry Chicken, and Pesto Tortellini w/chicken. Ribeye melted in my mouth with a buttery flavor that's true to a well grilled cut of meat. Loved the Coconut Curry Chicken, has a mediocre kick, but so many delicious flavor blends. Pesto Tortellini w/chicken was average, but still good. Mussels were not my favorite, as it could have used some more flavor in the broth. I would go again, and do recommend.

My husband and I went tonight had the filet it was delicious my husband got his with crusted blue cheese and horseradish love it. Server she was very friendly and accommodating.

11/10 experience! Our server Mike was very helpful and courteous. We were in and out in under an hour and our steaks were cooked perfectly. At $22 for an 8oz prime sirloin, this was the best value I've seen in Sioux Falls for a steak dinner. The steak was tender, flavorful and perfectly cooked. We will be back soon and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

There's so many good things I could say, but the best thing out of our dining experience was the steak. It was the best I have ever had.

Came in for dinner service, the food was fast, the top sirloin steak was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly! Our server Mike was fast and very polite ! 10/10 great dinner and atmosphere! Definitely will be coming back

We dined here last week with our daughter’s family. The appetizers were great, the pizzas were great, the wait staff super friendly and efficient. The following week we ordered delivery. We had a big problem with DoorDash but the restaurant manager fixed it. Stuff happens. It wasn’t their fault. But they went out of their way to fix it for us. That’s what counts.

Great high end restaurant with awesome food, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the art decor and the classy music choices and good volume where it doesn't get in the way of having a conversation. My one criticism would be that the light was turned down a bit too much.

First off, our guy Mike was awesome, he answered all our questions, and when we asked what was good he had answers, and we went with it, he knows what's going on. Thank you Mike for great service. Compliments to the chef, our steaks where GREAT! Drinks where good, lay out of the dinning area was nice. My 6 year old daughter loved her hamburger. Thank you for having a children's menu. Over all, one of the best steaks I have ever had. The only one I can probably say was my best was a A5 wagu rib eye in las Vegas. Thank you to everyone that had apart in our dining experience. This was our last dinner in Sioux falls (for now) as we drove over from Oregon, (not the weird Oregonians). Thank you again. Would definitely come back.

Wow. What a great dinner we had here. It was so fresh and the staff was amazing.

Wonderful birthday dinner. We started with the coconut shrimp and loved it. A little sweet and a nice spice sauce. Salad bar was awesome with so many things to choose from. My husband is a picky eater, and he was impressed. Both my husband and I had the bacon wrapped filet. Well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The service was second to none! Very impressive, and we will be going back! 5 🌟

I went to this restaurant and really enjoyed the service and the food. I had a reservation so we were instantly seated once we got there, and the waitress was awesome she was very attentive to the table. In the heart of downtown so there was a lot to do around there once we were done.

Minervas DTSF never fails to disappoint. Not my first visit last weekend but first time reviewing. The salad bar always has an excellent selection and freshness to it not found anywhere else in Sioux Falls. The quality and the prices align perfectly and would recommend to anyone visiting SF. I had the burger battle this time visiting, the French fries were a mix between a fry and a chip! A perfect vessel for the side of beer cheese! We also had the pesto chicken tortellini with a homemade walnut pesto. We will be back!

I have been there probably a dozen times the last couple years. If I want a really great meal or trying to impress someone they have been perfect with food and service. You may find some as good but none better. Many return trips to come. Great salad bar to boot!

Probably the first time in 30 years of eating regularly at Minerva's but I was disappointed with every dish brought to our table. All were overcooked. My medium rare filet was medium well. The pheasant risotto was crunchy. The duck was overdone. Even the coconut shrimp appetizer was over toasted. Our server was nice and we of course still tipped, but this was in no way worth the $140 ticket price at the end of the night.

Excellent experience! We were at a private party downstairs. Our bartender (Steve) was wonderful as were our servers. Food was top-notch and the salad bar was exquisite. Was a terrific evening!

Quiet, elegant atmosphere. Our waiter, Cade, was very attentive and pleasant. The food was excellent and was served after an appropriate interval. Will definitely be back!

Knowledgeable staff will please your visit with a variety of plates and cocktails 🍸 that are as clasic and close to perfection like you dream off. Delicate steak cuts, bison or high great beef, shrimp, wine list to please. Impressed with how fairly priced and prompt us the staff. Meet Zhach in the bar and his expertise is outstanding, from martinis to wine and aged scotch he is got you covered. Can't find no more words. I definitely coming back with a date or a loved one, is a place to share. You're welcome !
