Thank you Tom for helping me out in selecting the best car for my queen. She’s very happy and that makes me proud. Never been to a dealership and was treated with such respect and attention before. This is my best experience so far and I’ll definitely come back again. Thanks Tom for being so patient and amazing.

I went to Luxury of North America to help my sister buy a car. I gave Luxury of North America a try because of the great reviews. We are not disappointed. Tom was what the customers said about him. He is customer focus, prompt, patient, polite and a honest car dealer. The process from start to finish did not take a very long time. When we found a minor problem with the vehicle after we purchased it we called Tom and he handled the problem ASAP. We were very happy that it was fixed and resolved in a timely manner. Would I use them again If looking for another car? The answer is yes! I highly recommend contacting Tom at Luxury of North America! I went to this place because it was recommended by a friend and I am glad I did!!! Never had better first rate customer service at any car place than I did here with Tom. Excellent service, excellent response time and excellent knowledge amongst everything else that was provided. I never got that typical sales person pitch or bad vibes from Tom, I felt I was getting honesty and no B.S. from Tom. Love my car! Love that I did not get stiffed on the pricing! Love this place! Wonderful experience working with Tom! I purchased a bmw x1 for a great price in a inflated market. Tom is the most honest salesman Ive ever encountered and I've bought alot of cars through the years. Nothing was overpriced and he was great with all my questions without steering me in any direction and the transaction was 15 mins or so. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

My husband purchased two vehicles from Tom. Both of the vehicles were in very good condition with minor problems with one. When we called Tom about it, he was able to jump right onto it! They fixed the minor problems for us, which I was so happy about! We will definitely be back to purchase our next vehicle for our daughter.

Besides the cars, the hospitality and respect was amazing and very good customer service. Tom was hilarious, but also super professional. It was like talking to a long lost best friend. If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Tom has helped not only my grandfather but helped my husband and I out finding the truck we wanted. He went above and beyond what any dealership would offer. His pricing is right on, and he does not beat around the bush. He responds quickly and efficiently. He answers any questions you have. He is honest and he truly tries to help you out. I will definitely be coming back to him in the future and will be sending people his way. Excellent service, great people, great cars. Recently bought a vehicle from these guys that I found using CarGurus. Tom was AWESOME to work with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. One of the best car-buying experiences my wife and I have ever had! Tom and his team were great to deal with! It was just 90 minutes from our arrival in-store to driving away in our newly-purchased car. No nonsense. No needless back-and-forth. None of the time-wasting BS other car dealers feel they need to pull to "wait you out" and force a deal on you. He told us the price, we asked if he could work with us, and in seconds he did and we were happy with our deal. Tom and this store are highly, highly recommended. I emailed Tom and expressed my interest in a car he had. He emailed me back promptly. Even called to confirm. I went to see the car the next day and he made us feel very comfortable. He was professional but laid back and down to earth. The car had very good mileage and an excellent price. It was very clean on the inside and outside. His automobile lot is also very nice on the inside with a lot of very nice luxury cars. I have no complaints and I will be returning.

After going through a horrible experience with the Gerald franchise my car shopping was shattered into a million pieces that I was afraid to step foot into another dealership. I was nervous and hesitant when I saw the vehicle I had been searching for available at Luxury of North America. Long story short Tom was amazing to me and patient and completely different from the other guys (the dealerships). I definitely recommend going to him for your vehicle needs.

My suv looks great , sounds even better and is safe and road worthy ...and saying I LOVE MY TRUCK is an understatement..I came from Michigan and it was well worth the drive!! He was honest and straightforward with me when I indicated an interest in buying a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The most notable thing about him is that he was always available each time I called and he constantly communicated back and forth with me through texts and phone calls regarding the car.
