I just wanted to thank Midwest Auto for all of their time and knowledge when looking for a vehicle. Q one of the salesman was very knowledgeable as my grandad and I were looking through vehicles, helping me select that was most coinvent and cost efficient! Q is a very nice and great guy! He helped me out very very much! I came in and told him what kind of car I was looking for and he had one for me to look at the next day and that’s the car I got and he didn’t pressure me to get it or anything he just showed me the amazing car and car fax and prices and left it up to me if that’s the one or not. He did help me decide and gave me a whole bunch of options on how to buy it which was great! He was great to talk to and also very great with price negotiations and also trade ins! Very nice guy! ALSO he does care about the safety of his cars he’s selling and really showed that!!:)

Test drove the car immediately got me a carfax and went over everything and made it a very easy process!! I recently bought a car from this place that I really like. They don't carry much inventory but the selection they do have seems pretty good. Q was very good to work with. No unreasonable haggling, just some back and forth to come to a good deal. I would recommend this place to my friends. Ask for Q if you go.

Purchased a 2002 Honda Accord with lower miles. Qasim was very easy to work with. Took the car for a quick drive. We had shopped around online ahead of time so we already knew what we wanted. A little room for negotiation and I’m very pleased with the purchase. They were very up front with all the taxes and fees that go along with a car purchase that isn’t necessarily included in the purchase price. I think the best part of the experience was their transparency through the whole sale process.

This was an AMAZING experience the owner was great he helped me and my mom out so much he was very willing to explain everything and answered all the questions I had! I would recommend to literally anyone buying a car! New or used!

Purchased an 05 GX460 from Q. Since I was an out of state buyer, Q made sure that the vehicle I was getting was exactly what I wanted. He took time out of his day to FaceTime me and show me the car, took it to the mechanic and had a PPI done with a clean bill of health. I took a flight the next day and he was nice enough to pick me up from the Airport and have all the paperwork ready for me when I got to the dealer.

10/10 service and would definitely buy again.

Even though I did not end up buying I just want to say that I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Q. He was patient as I asked lots of questions and looked at multiple vehicles. Had I not found another vehicle elsewhere I would have bought from Midwest Auto.
