Our service advisor Jay was super in taking care of us. He explained what had to be done with the car. They gave us a loaner which we really needed. The car was in the shop for 3 days. The car is running very good.

I went in for routine service and everyone from Melina to Erica and especially James
Johnson was so professional. James was so patient with me which is real important to me being a senior. He explained every feature on a vehicle in detail pointing out the new advanced safety features. I drove over 20 miles, past other Honda dealerships to come to Napleton.

Great place to buy a car! I bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk here. Everyone is very helpful and made the process easy. Mo, Jay, and Roberto all worked together, so no one was ever fighting over me or wanting me to wait while they worked with other customers. I never felt like they were playing games or being underhanded. George in finance explained my options clearly and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. At the end they went over all the options on the car with me and gave me a big head start on what is an option packed vehicle. This was a 5 star experience!

All in all the experience was much easier then other dealerships I had been to. It started with Stacey, great phone person. Then my experience with my salesman continued to be great. 10/10 recomendó Napleton Honda.
