Sonic Drive-In

Sonic Champaign is super busy and seemed to be short staffed. After an extended wait in a stall I was about to leave when they finally took my order. Food arrived fast and hot and I'm so glad I waited. The young lady that brought the food out was so nice and attentive . 10 stars even with the wait. Thank you guys for being awesome and nice even with short staffing

Their food waa amazing i had suxh an great experience i was actually blessed by them my credit wasnt working i have my nephew with 35$ worth of food man i felt so awful the managers gave me for food how amazing i truly thanked them even offered to come work to pay if off was declined i iust thank them kindly :)

So far I have been to 2 different Sonic's in Illinois and 1 in Missouri and ALL HAVE BEEN GREAT

We literally drive from Danville to Champaign. Best cherry limeade slushy hands down. The fresh slices of lime r perfect.

To all the employees that showed up at work today, thank you. 1st time eating at Sonic, from the time I pulled in drive through till I got my meal it was less than 5 minutes. Food was hot and fresh very good. The employees where friendly, good manners and efficient. Wonderful experience I think the only thing I didn’t like is the paper straw. I ordered a milkshake and the straw got really soft (made of paper) and hard to drink milkshake, but other than that wonderful experience. I will go back and tell my friends to go. 🙂 thank you .

Great experience. The guy manning the drive through was very efficient and audible. Food came out quick, hot, and delicious.

Sonic tea is my weakness. My S.O. always grabs me a tea when they're trying to butter me up. The staff is nice and helpful. Plus they serve hamburgers at 6 am, which makes me immensely happy some days.

I've ordered a couple of times, and haven't had any issues. I order through the app, get there around the time the app says to be there to get my food, and wait a couple of minutes to get it.

The only problem I've had is sometimes the location gets removed from the mobile app, but I'd rather have it tell me ahead of time instead of the problems I've had with the McDonalds app where I order, go there, wait 15 minutes, then get told I can't use the mobile app. Sonic at least has the courtesy to tell you upfront "If you want Sonic, you'll have to order it when you get there."

I love most everyone who works here! My own son has a job here now and they treat him great. :-) Shout out to Vanessa for being a great boss to my son on his first job!

All is great here. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Fast, hot, and fresh and friendly service. Hey it's fast food what more can you ask for. I had a bacon double, no sauces except mustard, no bun. Meat wasn't overcooked patties were decently sized. Pretty good stuff.

Sonic burgers are the best burgers. This particular Sonic has the fastest, friendliest and most bestest staff ever. I don't know where they find people to maintain a smile in today's atmosphere but they did it. Hope they keep those smiles! Thank you for you politeness!

Our favorite Sonic, it was late and the food was just as delicious as it is during peak hours. We always have a tendency to "gorge" because Sonic is such a treat since we don't live near one. Great staff. Great food. Keep it up!

Being addicted to Sonic ice, it's a regular stop for me. Having such pleasant helpful and personable staff is a huge added bonus!

Taniyah at the Mattis Avenue Sonic is excellent at customer service: polite, courteous, very kind, and is very caring. I look forward to seeing the entire crew. It's my favorite place. Taniyah makes it all that much better. Thank you, Sonic!

I love half priced drinks all day. If you download the app and order ahead (with a valid credit or debit card) your drinks are half off any and all day. Also all drink orders between 2 and 4pm are half off onsite (no card needed) Frozen lemonade with real strawberries are amazing!!!

I think Sonic makes the best grilled cheese ever! And it’s so cheap too, if you haven’t tried the grilled cheese from sonic you’re definitely missing out. All the staff are quite nice and sometimes they will give you a peppermint in the inside of the bag which I appreciate.

As I get older and "dad-bod" continues to take hold of me, I try (and often fail) to avoid drive-thru options.

Sonic breakfast still has a strong pull on me. The staff there is always friendly and their breakfast burritos are scandalously good.

Also, the dude who ALWAYS seems to be working the drive-thru on weekdays mornings is genuinely friendly and professional.

The food was very good and the service was friendly and kind. I highly recommend giving this place a try!! You won't be disappointed.

I love coming to Sonic for drinks! I'm slowly turning my coworkers on to the amazing drink varieties, too. I usually get a Cherry- Chocolate Dr. Pepper. Don't knock it til you try it! Their food is good too, it's classic drive-in style food. I like their chilli-cheese coney, popcorn chicken, and cheddar poppers.
