What a great experience this morning with Georgina. She was super helpful in accommodating and definitely went out of her way to assist us with our situation. So glad customer service is still important to this Menards employee.

A very good place for home improvement needs as well as buying things for the house. They are understaffed but the staff in place is very helpful. They have everything a homeowner needs for almost every situation. I love the Menards lawn care products because it works just as good as the name brand products, but it's much cheaper. I only thing I don't like is the rebate program because you get a store credit instead of check in the mail.

Black Friday shopping was super easy this year. No lines, everything in stock. It was a great experience compared to years past. All of the associates were knowledgeable about where things were. I had one walk me from the appliance area, all the way to the far front end of the store to get a couch cover. I wish I had gotten his name. He walked with a slight limp. Very friendly and so helpful.

Found the right weatherstripping to fix the garage door, some pretty good winter gloves under $10, and perused the holiday clearance decor. Plenty of lights and other items still available. In and out was a breeze even on a holiday.

Elegant experience, large assortment of goods all excellent quality. Staff are upto the highest of quality and are just elegant people who raises the bar for others.

Absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of home improvement items and the prices are great. I always enjoy going through the outdoor section that is in the middle of the store. I once found kayaks at a really good price.

Check out when they have 11% rebate going on, which is pretty often. It’s free money so definitely take the time to fill out the short slip. I come here about 3 times a week.

I recently got a grill (the 2 in 1 wood pellet smoker and gas pit boss) as a gift. Since they were out of stock, we bought the floor model. The grill worked great but was missing a few parts. I reached out to the store and spoke with (Mike) the manager in that department. He took the time and effort to send out emails and contacted me the next morning with a status update. All missing parts are now on their way! Good costumer service is hard to find these days. As I'm also in the industry and appreciate postive feedback, I hope this review goes noticed in your company! The Staff is very helpful even if they don't know the exact location of an item they will look it up and personally walk with you and answer any questions that they can. You can always find a good deal here. 😁

Outstanding combination of quality and value. Some of their sales are really terrific. I love their rebate program...it's easy to submit and the values are exceptional. Store personnel are generally very helpful, particularly those that have worked there a long time.

I also shop a Home Depot, but Menards is my first choice.

Was there on May 26, 2020 Joel, at the customer service counter is a perfect example of how the ideal customer-service experience should be. He was very polite and friendly. Wish the entire staff there would practice his courteous manners the same way. That is what we as customers look forward to.

This place is a wonderland for a materials artist like me, and the selection of lumber they have here is just unreal. Prices are very, very good compared to the competition, particularly Home Depot.

Great selection, lots of staff willing to help, and competitive prices. They also have one of the best lumber yards in the area so it's become a popular stop for me when doing big projects even though other hardware stores are closer to my home.

They have the cleaning supplies at good affordable prices. Have to go get some buckets and carpet cleaner soon.

I want to thank them for letting me sit while I was killing time waiting for the bus with a snow storm outside ❄

I like Menards because it's close ti my house. I can get all the gardening tools and supplies I need for my garden at home. Get all the dog treats, bird food and costs me only $5 for a huge big bag of cedar chips for my hamster cages and lasts me for over 6 months about. Plus you can get even some good grocery stuff there and hygiene things. It's becoming almost a all in one shopping place for me.

As other's have mentioned, Menards is definitely the sort of place you just show up at without knowing what you need until you get inside. There is such a wide selection of everything. They have lumber, lighting, household goods, etc. There's also a ton of staff members which is nice because you'll probably get lost the first few times you come here EVEN with the nicely labeled aisles.
