Stanfa Tire and Auto

Recently I took my car to Stanfa to have some repairs done recommended by the dealership. After examining my car, the mechanic didn't find any worn or damaged parts. I applaud Stanfa for their honesty. I used them a few years ago for other repairs on my car. They're still good. Craig was cordial and explained everything to me. I will continue trust Stanfa with needed car maintenance, and recommend them to family and friends.

My first experience at Stanfa was recently after the cold snap when my car would not start. They tested everything and determined that it was a battery issue (ended up taking the car back to where the battery was purchased and obtained a replacement battery). I also purchased a couple of tires, had an oil change, and had my brakes inspected. They were quick and kept me informed throughout the entire process so there were no unexpected costs. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and professionalism. Joe at the front desk is top notch. Great for customer service. The staff is amazing, really taking care of their customers. I never give a review unless I am certain what I am talking about. Go see these guys if you want expert service!

Worthy of a great review! Very professional, accommodating and honest car repair shop. Gage is always so helpful and nice. From their mannerisms when answering the phone to their expertise in diagnosing car issues to their honest feedback as to the scope of work to their quick turnaround time with your vehicle! Definitely worth giving them a try. I have been nothing short of impressed to the point that I have recommended them to my family members and they have had the same experience. My go to place for my car mechanic needs!!!!

I Love the professionalism from the time I called the company and spoke to the owner, Joe who referred me to their Lansing Garage. But what I liked most was, not both Garages are open on Saturday, he rotate each Saturday to ease the employees stress level. What a wonderful idea. The Service man who took my information was a pleasant person, it was very easy to communicate with him, a friendly man. I was there before they opened at 8 and was done by 9:45. He explained everything to me and also had it all listed on the invoice. No tax were added and that was a surprise. Thank you all at Lansing Stanfa Tires and Auto.

I started going to these guys a year ago. They was very helpful and help me with this Noises my car was doing. They was so nice and treated me with respect and love. I go too them for everything now. Thank You Guys For All the help and love.

Great place to bring your vehicle (IMO). I have used them three times. On two different vehicles and I've received Great service and communication about my concerns. I would definitely refer them to a friend, and I would gladly use them again in the future . They definitely earned 5 stars 🌟

I got way more than I paid for with EXCEPTIONAL service and workmanship. While you may find a cheaper deal, that is ALL you will get. The quality of repairs and follow up from Stanfa CANT be beat!

I always have had a great experience with Stanfa. In the past 7 years that I have been using their services, I have not been disappointed. The Manager, Greg, is very personable and I always felt like he cared about my satisfaction. And when he was not around his crew were just as attentive and courteous. Stanfa is excellent in diagnosing a problem and very honest when it comes to job time and pricing. This is the shop to be at if you value your time and vehicle!

I'm happy with my service they did on my car. I've been there three times before with my 2009 Kia optima. They do great work! Stanfa Auto is my new favorite place to go to for my car. Theyre nice honest and reasonable. Craig was nice. I would also recommend relatives and anyone I know to come here for theyre car. I'm new to Lansing. I just wish I've known about Stanfa Auto before. Only lived here for two years. They really made sure I was taken care of and my car is running like how it's supposed to be.
