Travis is a very kind and caring person. He’s helped me out tremendously with my hearing issues. He’s very concerned about delivering the best product and service to his customers.

I'll never forget when I first came in to see Travis for possibly needing hearing aids. He's the first person to be able to explain my hearing loss, and I had been to several Dr's prior. I've had my hearing aids for years now, and it has made everything easier. I used to not be able to hear well at church, the gym, in group settings, but now I can.
Maintenance and repair is so easy, you'll be taken care of 1,000%. I'm younger, but I still wish I had gotten hearing aids much earlier. I've spent so many years using my brain more than my ears trying to compute what other people were saying. It has changed my life to have hearing aids. I'm so grateful for this location more than any other because their customer care and service is above and beyond. Always.

The audiologist did an excellent job evaluating my updated hearing and in explaining the degradation in my hearing. This was affirmed as my wife read a list of words and I was only able to correctly understand 67% of the words. I was then fitted with a new set of hearing aids and was able to identify 99% of the words.

They had a good sale that month on the price of the hearing aids that was less than the “discount” I would’ve received by purchasing through my insurance and significantly less than another provider. HearingLife is THE place to go!

Travis did an excellent job diagnosing my hearing problem. He is courteous, patient, a good listener and answers questions thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable about his job.

Tyler responded to my Tuesday afternoon call with an appointment the next morning at 9:00 am. He retested my hearing and I was able to purchase Oticon hearing aids that were customized to my particular needs. Tyler couldn't have done better and he couldn't have done more.

My wife and I were very happy with the professional and friendly attention to our needs and concerns. Our questions were answered carefully and patiently. We highly recommend to family and friends.
