After two weeks of car shopping and visiting a bunch of dealerships, we found a dealer that is WAY above the rest. My wife and I not only wanted a fair price, we also look at the overall dealership and its people. Well let me say Valley Honda is just that!
Scott was amazing at helping us purchase our new CR-V Hybrid. We had to order the color we wanted which would take a few weeks and Scott communicated with me daily on the transport process, which actually only took a little over a week! Very Cool!!

Excellent service, which is difficult to find these days (unfortunately). I noticed Valley Honda would appear in many forums and reviews and decided to make the trip. I was not disappointed!

Note. this was my first time purchasing a new car, and while I have done some research on the car market through Car-edge( highly recommended checking out) I was nervous and anxious about the process. Julie was my sales person and she was amazing! Very transparent in the process and allowed me to test drive the vehicle without any pushy sales tactics or pressure. When it came to negotiating, she listened to my offer and was willing to negotiate rather than shutting me down. The best sales person I’ve ever talked too!

After a bit of shrewd negotiation with Julie and the sales manager Andrew( who was also a very friendly person) we were able to meet at a price that worked for both of us! Andrew even helped me get approved through Honda Financing which beat my bank’s pre approval by 2 percentage points!!

Finally when it came down to the paper work with the finance manager, Stephanie was incredible! She went over all the documents one at a time and took the time to answer any questions I had. When it came to the Menu, I declined all except Gap coverage and she didn’t try to push me on buying more. After signing all the paperwork, I walked to the delivery area where I picked up my brand new 2024 Honda Accord EX

I’m over the moon with my new car, and I’m even more happy that a Honda dealership, that cares about its customers and brand, still exists in 2024. For a second time in the last 7 years I have had the most positive car buying experience at Valley Honda. JD and Julie worked tirelessly to help me find the perfect used car for my son. I truly feel confident in this vehicle and after some diligent research, I am confident that I got the best seal possible. They worked with me on my concerns and addressed everything on my list. I visited Valley Honda considering trading in my Civic. Armando Perez was very helpful in showing me all my options and guiding me through the Honda vehicles. He was not pressuring me at all to buy. He made sure I understood what I was doing. Ultimately I chose to upgrade to a Passport. I am very content with my decision. Jack and Taylor Davis were also a big help in explaining the finances and showing me the best offers to purchase my vehicle. I would definitely recommend anyone to them. They were amazing!!!

Where to even begin! I want to give a HUGE thank you to Pat Malik for making my car purchase extremely painless. I gave Pat and the Honda team a BIG challenge by ordering a black Honda Civic Sport fully blacked out, with tinted windows, a clear bra, black lug nuts, and black wheel locks all to be ready in less then a week because we were moving out of state!

I don’t know how Pat or Honda did it but they truly pulled through for us and I couldn’t be any happier with the service and with how AMAZING my car looks!

George is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with in any department. He stayed late with us and went above and beyond to make absolute sure we got exactly what we wanted. Tyler in Finance is so personable and was very gracious in understanding our financial needs. Beautiful dealership and the whole staff was lovely! We had a great time buying our beautiful Honda Passport. Megha, our sales person was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The paperwork went smoothly, without stress. She was not pushy, but was very informational about the car we chose. I was very impressed that there are videos I can watch to learn about the features of my car. The environment reminded me of a mall situation. It was comfortable, modern, neat, and clean. The garage appeared very clean and orderly. I would definitely buy another car there in the future.

In August 2023 I purchased a car that was on order and the experience and the constant updates I was receiving made me feel very happy about this. When I visited in August to test drive Honda civics and Honda HRV Eddie was amazing and answered all my questions on each these vehicles. I ended up picking the Honda HRV LX trim and picking this vehicle was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my whole life. 6k miles and still very happy. When the car arrived as this was my first car purchase I’ve made Eddie went over all the details slowly and made sure I understand everything before I continued to the next steps.
