HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have had all of my policies with an Allstate competitor for over 20 years and was reluctant to to give any other company an opportunity to even give me a quote. I have known the Maynor's for over 25 years and decided to give them a opportunity to quote my policies. Their price is way cheaper and for much better coverage. (my previous insurer didn't have nearly as many products and special discounts as Allstate). The switch went super easy as I didn't even have to stop in their office to do anything. The phone app is sweet and I always get a live person when I call. Joy and Todd are prompt with anything I need! So glad I gave them a chance!

Allstate has been an amazing company to be with. Last year they worked with me when I fell and fractured my elbow in 3 places and could not work for awhile. This year they have been completely understanding through all of the COVID things going on. They worked with me on payments while I waited for unemployment to come through and my new job to start. Definitely one of the most personal, understanding and flexible companies to deal with. I would highly recommend them. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had the worst experience with my Allstate agent in Galesburg, and was ready to jump ship to a new company until I spoke with Todd and I am a believer in Allstate once again! Joy and Todd are THERE FOR YOU. Agents are a dime a dozen and all insurance companies are pretty much the same. Its about SERVICE and this agency delivers! I wish I had come here first. They are REAL people that understand that being there when you need them is paramount. There is an island of red tape in the insurance industry and these people will help you wade though it, or even better, do it FOR you. This is the agency you need to take care of your needs - this is a FAMILY. Not just another cog in the ridiculous wheel of insurance. You are TRULY "IN GOOD HANDS" here. Thank you Todd and Joy!
