This has been thr most disgusting and disappointing experience. They start off appearing professional; however, I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago (with a walk-through) in order to have someone different show up in my home today with no knowledge about the scope of work, without a drop cloth (I am having light fixtures replaced), and without a ladder. Only for the gentleman to leave my home without any recourse and completion of the job. Stay far away from this company!!!! They are wolves in sheep's clothing. I certainly hope my being a black homeowner doesn't have anything to do with this lack of professionalism in customer care. Repeat, stay far far away from this establishment!
